coffee gone wrong

Riley pov:

-Before going to lair, at the dress shop-

 After I told Gabby that Luna left  I walked away too

I don't know much about Luna's friends and the only reason I was here was to be near her...

It's to dangerous for me to be out in the open...especially with my multitude of enemies that will do anything to get to me...

I was just about to walk out the door when..

"Riley! wait up!"

it was Sommer..

"um..yeah?" I said just slightly awkwardly...

why was she talking to me? out of every one here..why me? 

"you going back home?" she asked quickly

I looked around trying to find something to divert her attention..nothing shiny..darn

"I was going to grab a coffee and go yeah, why?"

"Starbucks?"

'um..duh?"

"great! so am I"

"um..okay?"

"come on I'm buying" she said walking out

I looked around the shop again

she really wasn't put up to this?....maybe it's a trap..no, this is Sommer...she's just a little kitten..

(A/N foreshadowing!!!) 

I followed slowly..trying to look out the corner of my eye for danger..

once or twice I thought people were looking at me scared, but it was confusion of Sommer talking about Doctor Who..

 "so what do you want?"

"wha-" I started to say

then saw we were here..

"uh..black with creamer please" I said to the girl at the front

for some reason she looked me up and down and smiled...

did she know me?...not even the school knew my really name..just to risky

Sommer got her's and we walked over to the pick up station

"so I've bin going on and on, how about you?"

"me what?" 

she laughed...

"Well none of us know much about you so....what do you like? um...wait..oh! I know! how did you and Luna meet?"

'Lie..lie to her..be smart and lie!' 

but I couldn't do it..

''um..well..It's a bit..complicated..and long..very long story"

she looked around and grabbed a seat sitting in it and looking up at me expectantly...

I laughed and sat with her

she stared at me..

"wow..I've never really heard you laugh..just like chuckle and smile"

"really? honestly I act like a kid most of the time"

"like me?"

I thought about it...

"some what"

she laughed at me..again

"sir your coffee is ready"

I turned and saw the girl from the front..
