Chapter 11

Brooke

Waking up I couldn't help but smile as I starred at my ring .It was beautiful and fit me well . Cali knew me well and listened .

Wrapping on arm across Cali's bare chest I smiled seeing my baby knocked out .I knew I put it on him good last night .

After cooking Cali's favorite food I placed everything on a tray carrying it upstairs . Seeing him still asleep I knew it wouldn't be long before this food woke him up .

Setting the juice and toast down . Cali opened his eyes . "Good Morning ." I leaned over kissing him .

After Cali ate I cleaned up getting ready for Blake to come back home . I knew he might ask questions about last night . He didnt know what was happening he just knew it was a happy event so he was happy to.

"MOMMY !"Blake in the house running into my arms . Lifting him up I attacked his face with kisses .

"Mommy missed you Blake."

"I missed you too mommy ." He hugged my neck . Sitting him down to the floor he handed me a picture . "Oh my gosh I love it!" I admired his drawing of our family. There was Cali and I along with Bishop and India .

Placing the picture on the fridge Blake ran upstairs to see his dad . "Hey ma ." I smiled seeing her leaning against the counter .

"You seem happy ."She smirked glancing me up and down . "I am mom . I really am . Everything is perfect ."

"I'm glad your happy ."she hugged me .

"Well I have to get back to your stubborn father. Tell my granddaughter to call me ." She pointed at me with a serious face .

"I will ."I smiled . After closing the door after my mom the house phone rang .

"Hello?" I answered ."Where's my brother." India's voice filled the phone .

"Hello to you to ."

"Im kidding . Hey mommy what you doing?"

"Nothing your brother just came home . He upstairs with your dad."

"Ew that old fart ."I couldn't help but laugh . We talked a few more about my engagement . Feeling a slap on my ass I jumped turning around to see Cali .

"What you jumping for ?" He wrapped his arms around me putting his head in my neck . Hearing India's voice Cali snatched the phone away .

"Hey baby girl" He smiled . "Ask him about the tickets." I reminded Cali walking to regirtater to get something to drink .

"He got them ." He whispered over to me . Terrence's first game was coming up and we were all in invited . I knew Cali was excited about going . He was excited about amost anything related to sports .

India

Hanging up the phone with my dad I thought more about how I was going to get Nina to come to the game . I knew deep down she wanted to go as well he did . Sighing I focused my attention back on work . Tasha was just as happy as ever . We were back to the old us . She even told me about this dude she been texting . I thought it was cute .

'Have a good night . Drive safe . " I let our last custmer out the door . Today was a busy day . I was tired and my feet were killing me . I was going home to take a bath but first I was going to stop by Nina's . I had to check on my girl .

"Hey ." Nina opened the door , stepping aside for me to come in . "This place is looking good ." I glanced at her condo . It was coming together fast .

"thanks girl . You hungry ?"

"Hell yea ."

"follow me " I followed her into her nice marble kitchen . Terrance sure did hook Nina up . Nina gave me a plate full of pasta salad . " I know you didn't cook this ."

"of course not girl ." We both laughed . Changing the subject I decided to ask her about the game .

"You going to Terrance game ?" I set my fork down , looking up at her .

"Yea I'm going ." I was shocked to here she was . I was positive she was going to say no .

"I'm glad your going to support him ."

After leaving Nina's I went straight home . Climbing up the stairs I made it into my bedroom to see Bishop in bed watching tv .

"You look tired ."He pushed the covers back getting out the bed . Bishop picked me up bridal style carrying me to the bed . Sitting me down he took off my shoes then my clothes . Walking away he went over to his dresser taking out one of his shirts allowing me to put it in . Once his shirt was on Bishop picked me up again taking me all the way back to my sleeping spot on our king size bed.

Laying down beside Bishop he took my feet into his lap massaging them . "I love you ." I yawned as my eyes got heavier .

"I love you too." He continued massaging as I dozed off .
