I followed behind the ambulance as my mind wonder what happened in that house.I had already called Cali and he was on his way.

I slid in the first parking space I saw hopping out and running over to the ambulance they were taking India out of.She was still out.I jogged beside ths stretcher as they took her inside."I'm here India."I was stopped by a nurse."You can't go back there."

"She's pregnant ."I said not taking my eyes off the stretcher."I'll let them know but please stay back."I finally looked away as India got taken into a room.I walked toward the waiting area as the nurse ran off.

"Where is she?"Bishop's mother came through the doors.I payed her no mind as I saw Cali running in."What happened?"He had worried written all over his face."I don't know . She was going off when I got there. She pushed me away then fainted."

"What happened ?"Cali turned to Bishop's mother questioning her .She began telling how Bishop denied the baby ."The house must have really set her off."He said."The house?"I questioned ."The one she lived in with her mom. That yard you were in was the house she got rapped in."

"Oh my gosh."I could feel for India . I took a seat as Cali sat next to me ."I hope she's okay."I looked over at Cali.
"She is...She's a fighter."

I felt the whole room shift as Bishop came in with his father.Cali moved so fast getting over to him.He pinned Bishop against the wall chocking him."This is your fault.We in this hospital because your dumbass.I swear to god I should kill you!"Cali spat into Bishop's face.

"Cali stop!"I yelled trying to push him off."Hey let him go."Bishop's dad tried to interfere."Fuck you."Cali pushed him away. I got into between them before it got any worse."Do you wanna get put out and not be able to check on your daughter?"I glanced in between Cali and an almost breathless Bishop. Cali let go letting Bishop catch his breathe on the floor."Be lucky."Cali stormed off .

I sighed looking down at Bishop shaking my head.He was lucky . Cali would have killed him.

I gave it a minute before following Cali around the corner ."Baby."I stepped up to him."I'm going to hug you okay?"I waited to see if he would protest but he didnt.Cali could easy push or hit me .His anger blinded him.

I wrapped my arms around him as he did the same."I'm sorry."He whispered in my ear."It's okay "I rubbed his back.

"Family of India Mathews."Cali and I rushed over."Well India is fine. Her stress levels were through the roof but she's fine now.She should be waking up any minute now .Also the baby seems to be fine as well."

"Can we see her?"I questioned."Family only."

"Thats all that needs to be back there."Cali stated looking right at Bishop. I tugged on Cali making him follow as the doctor led the way.

"She's awake."The nurse came out of the room as we entered ."Baby girl you scared me."Cali rushed over to her side.India sighed looking down."I don't know if I can do this."

"India you can. You have us."I stepped closer to her bed."My child is going to grow up without a dad.I'll be a single mom with a hectic business."India started stressing.

"Calm down.Things will be fine.I promise."Cali held her hand assuring her."I don't know."India wasn't giving in easily.

"Knock knock.Oh sorry to interrupt."I turned to see a nurse stepping in.

"You ready to go home?"The nurse came in with the discharge papers.India shook her head yes.I i stepped out of the way allowing India to sign them."Take it easy."she informed India.
