chapter 1: only to meet him

I woke up to my moms voice blaring
"GET UP GET UP! The meet and greet is today! Get ready!"
you smiled and responded "mom stop you scared me half to death!"
"i'm sorry y/n, i'm just so excited for you! now get up!" she responded back as she left.
you laughed and lied back on my bed. About five minutes later I got up and got dressed into a stranger things tube top, high waisted denim shorts, and converse shoes. I put on light makeup and straightened my hair. As I looked in the mirror and started dancing to the song "Material Girl" by Madonna.
I rushed down the stairs and got in the car. Then I was told:
"Y/n did you check your heart rate?" my mom asked
God I hate this... I was born with a heart disease, which just happens to be one of the deadliest in the world, coronary artery disease. My mom would always make sure I was okay or if I checked my heart rate and if I took my medicine, but I assured her I would be okay. This disease consisted of new medicines, constant hospital trips and check ups, and barely ever being able to go out. I wish it would just go away.
"No, but I feel okay mom." I told her.
"I'll let it slide this time but next time it's not happening." I rolled my eyes as she said this.
I put on Billie Eilish as we drove a half an hour away to the meet and greet, and god was I excited.
We got there and I hopped out of the car.
"I'll see you in an hour mom!" I closed the door, walked in, and received my VIP pass. This meant in a group of people I could talk with the cast.
I was with a group of five and we were seated in a lounge type room, only too see Millie, Finn, Sadie, Caleb, Gaten, and Noah. As Noah was the last person to walk in he looked me up and down and smiled.

We were asking questions and I couldn't help but notice Noah couldn't help but not look at me, I'm blushing so hard I bet I look like a tomato. All of these girls next to me are only paying attention to Finn and asking questions about him, of course. I was asking questions for the whole cast and so could tell they liked me. I shook off Noah, who by the way was still looking at me, and payed attention to what the cast had too say.
We got their autographs and got to take pictures with them separate and together which was amazing. I hugged them all and as I hugged Noah he whispered in my ear. "Meet me outside after the meet and greet is over, back lot." I nodded and started to blush. Holy shit! I never had a liking for Noah. But God I love him now.
I waved too all of them and stepped out and sat down in a chair.
More people came and went but I would still sit in my chair. I texted my best friend, Ari.

you shut off your phone and started to head to the backlot where you would meet Noah. If this went well he could be your best friend, or maybe even more... no! you can't do that he won't like you, you could die soon! although he doesn't have too know...

about five minutes later noah comes out of the back door and walks up to you.
"I couldn't stop staring at you during our meet and greet." He says as he slowly runs his fingertips down your arm into his hand. I blush super hard
"I could tell" I tried to be a but of a smartass to him.
"how about I get your name and number?" he says and I nod.
"I'm y/n y/l/n" I told him "my number is ***-***-****"
he slowly types it into his phone and I smile as he holds my hand.
"I'll talk to you later, beautiful" I blushed so hard as he walked away. I ran back to my car and told my mom EVERYTHING then we went home and I flopped on my bed just thinking about what happened.
