chapter four: love is a healthy condition

my mom was driving finn home, so I decided to get to know him better, since we would be seeing each other a lot.

"hey mrs. l/n" he said with his voice soft.

"hi sweetie!" my mom responded back "what's your address so I can get you home?"

finn told her his address as I looked out the window, smiling at the thought of noah in my mind. he was just so adorable. I flashbacks to that day. him calling me beautiful! stroking my arm! it was perfect, I wanted to kiss him then and there but I contained myself.

"y/n!" I heard a muffled voice but ignored it, until I was called three more times.

"what!" I yelled a bit saying this.

"whoa don't be mad! I was just trying to get your attention!" finn said as we pulled in his driveway, that was fast.

"sorry I was just spacing out." I told him so he didn't misunderstand.

"oh sorry. anyways I well this is my house!" he smiled as he said this.

I got out of the car and hugged him, he hugged back  and I felt his warm embrace.

"I see you soon!" I waved

"yep! byeeeeeeeeee!" he stretched out this word and I giggled and waved as he entered his big house.

"wait!" he yelled "do you want to hang for a bit and get to know each other?"

I looked at my mom and she nodded "yeah!" I smiled and ran to his house. only to be stopped by this amazing sight "woah!" I laughed and so did he.

"wanna hang out in my room?" he started to walk

"yep!" I said and followed him, still amazed by his house. 

I went into his room it was a deep blue with pictures of him and his friends on the walls. he had a bunk bed with a desk under it. it was a little messy, but it was just fine.

he climbed up into his bed and I stood there with my arms crossed and laughing.

"wanna come up?" his eyes lit up as I nodded and climbed up.

we talked for a while about a lot of different things. tv shows, food, youtuber drama. I had a really fun time. before I knew it it was 10 pm and apparently my mom had no plan of picking me up. I was laying down and I fell asleep.

finns pov
"y/n? y/n!" I shook her a bit but she didn't wake up. I took a picture of her and put it on instagram.

I rolled my eyes and put a blanket over her and went to the couch on the side of my room, lied down, and fell asleep.

the next morning I woke up and looked at my phone and saw finn had tagged me in something. I looked at it and god was I mad, but I didn't really care. I jumped down from the ladder and pulled finn off the couch he had been sleeping on. he shot up and looked at me.

"um? what the fuck!" he yelled at me.

"why would you post that what the hell!"I yelled back

"I don't see what the big deal is!" he sounded annoyed.

"noah doesn't know i'm hanging ou-" I cut myself off.

"what?" he questioned me

"nothing." I mumbled.

"so is noah your boyfriend or something?" he was mad. really mad.

"no! I just-" he cut me off

"you just what?" he waited for a response "hmm!"

tears filled my eyes. I hated this situation. I hate finn too. I can't believe he's doing this to me right now out of all times. no one else is hear to defend me.
