It's the next morning. Anthony and I fell asleep while watching Spongebob. I decided to take a shower, so I got out of Anthony's grip and walked to my closet, I grabbed.

I grabbed underwear and a bra and walked into the bathroom. I turned the water on and waited until it was right. I stripped out of my clothes and made sure the door was locked as I stepped into the shower. In the middle of my shower I started to think, about Maddie. I knew she had a few screws loose and I was usually always the one to help her with it.
I probably should have tried to calm her down instead of going off on her. I do really miss her, no, she tried to attack me and almost killed my daughter what the fuck am I talking about? Maybe I should just talk to her, the girls, Noah and I were all she had left. I could try to get her help instead of letting her go off and be even more dangerous. I mean, she was my bestfriend after all.
I planned on calling her later. I rememeber watching as they pulled her body out of the water, it made me want to cry and run up to her and hug her, but in that moment, I remembered that she was the cause of everything that took place that day, and I couldn't forgive her. But now I'm thinking I should, she has nothing left, she doesn't have a house, she stays with her other friend, the only other friend she has besides Karlie, Amelia and I.
I sighed as I started getting dressed, I threw my wet hair up in a messy bun and left the bathroom. I slipped on my slides and noticed Anthony wasn't in bed anymore. I tilted my head confused but shrugged it off. I decided to call Maddie now and get it over with. I sat on my bed and unlocked my phone, I went to Maddie's contact and clicked on it. As the phone was ringing, I got a bad feeling in my stomach and my heart started racing.
"Hello?" A woman on the other end answered. It sounds as if she's crying. "hi? Um is Maddie there?" I asked nicely. "Who am I speaking to?" The woman asked. "It's her bestfriend Ellie? Is everything alright? Why are you crying?" I asked. "Oh Ellie, this is Maddie's mother, sh-she....she's" Maddie's mom starting crying and a male came on the phone. "Ellie, this is Maddie's father, Maddie was fighting as hard as she could to survive the incidents but....." he cried.
I was speechless for a second as my eyes filled up with tears. "No I'm sorry for your loss" I shook my head. "Thank you, it means alot" I could hear the smile in his voice as he hung up. I burst into tears. Why didn't I just try to understand her? She died thinking I hated her, she died thinking she had no one or nothing. I threw my phone at the wall along with my lamp. Anthony came running in. "Are you okay?!" he frantically asked.
I looked at him and his eyes went soft, he walked over and hugged me and I sobbed in his arms. "She died because of me Anthony" I cried. "Maddie died in the water that night?" Anthony questioned. "No, she survived that for a few hours but then she couldn't keep fighting and died" I looked up at him. "She died thinking I hate her" I cried. "It's not your fault, Ellie. She just had some issues" Anthony tried to calm me down.
"No, you don't understand, she had nothing, once we kicked her out, she took Emily and I understand why now, she wanted to have something, she knew once we kicked her out that she had nothing left" I looked at him. Anthony didn't say anything, he just hugged me. "It'll be alright, I'm gonna give you some time alone and I'll be downstairs with the guys if you need anything alright?" Anthony smiled at me. I just nodded as he kissed my forehead and left the room. I shut the door behind him.
I started thinking. Dani writes music as a way to get his feels out, maybe I could try that. So that's what I did, I ended up finishing the lyrics within 2 hours, the guys would come and check on me and I would jump in the bed to make them think I was asleep. I walked downstairs after finishing the lyrics and all the guys looked at me. "Can I use the studio?" I asked. "Uhh sure do you want me to drive you there or..?" Corbyn asked. "I meant the one upstairs" I laughed.
"Oh yeah sure, you don't have to ask for everything ya know?" Daniel laughed. Anthony looked at me and smiled. I smiled as I turned to walk back up the stairs towards the studio. I started thinking and decided to sing another song but with Anthony. I didn't write it though.
