Jade Jones's Story

Chapter 2

No matter what anyone says I know what happened to my sister. Jesslynn was taken by Aliens and wether my family and friends believe me or not. I went into Pop's and people were looking at me. I sat in a booth when Ethel came over to me.

"Hey Jade." Ethel says.

"What do you want?" I ask.

"I was wondering if you were coming to the party at Cheryl's tonight." She says.

"And why do you care?" I ask.

"Because some people wanted head to Sweet Water River tonight. Is sweet water safe or are people gonna be abducted by Aliens?" She asks laughing.

"Very funny Ethel, but when Aliens are feasting on your flesh dont come crying to me." I say.

"Relax Jade its only a joke. Kind like Kayla." She says a left.

Ugh Kayla. I hate Kayla she is the worse. She is the main reason I hate her is because she ruined the friendship Archie and I once had.

"Ohh look who we have here. Its the Alien girl." Archie says.

"Shut up Andrews." I says as he sat down across from me.

"Dont be like that Jade. We get it you believe that Jess was taken by alien, but why cant you just let it go?" He asks.

"I dont let things go that easily. Besides when something is true then why should I give it up." I say.

"I guess that makes sense." He says and takes my milkshake and drinks some.

"Hey dont drink that." I say and pulled it away from him.

"Learn to share." He says and takes my drink again.

"Whatever do what you want." I say and get up leaving him.

I went to the Whyte Wyrm to just get my mind off everyone thinking Im a crazy person. To me everyone just wants to believe the note, but I know better.

"Jade? Jade? Jade!" Jughead yells.

"What!" I yell back.

"Get off the counter." He says.

"Shut up. Im not in the mood Jug." I say.

"Well if your gonna be a pain the go away. We dont want that here." My dad says.

"Fine whatever." I say.

I left the Whyte Wyrm and went down to sweet water river.

"Ahh! Help! Me!" Someone yells.

I ran over to where Jesslynn was taken all those years ago. Instead it was Kayla and her friends.

"What the hell!" I yell.

"Haha.. Look its the freak called Jade. You have and always will be a freak." Kayla says.

"Really Im the freak! Your the one thats  being going around since we were 11 telling everyone Archie was your first kiss. You have been saying that that for years. So who is the freak here? Someone who saw their sister get taken or a girl who is obsessed with a guy who doesnt know her at all. Yeah thats what I thought." I say and walk away.

Hours later I went to Cheryl's party and everything was crazy. I on the other hand wasnt in the mood to party because today 3 years ago I saw my sister get taken away, but Aliens. So as the party was in full swing I went outside and sat out front of Cheryl's house and looked up at the sky.

"Hey Jade. Why are you out here?" Fangs asks.

"Cause I can be. Why arent you with your new love?" I question.

"Still upset with me because I left for Kevin?" He questions.

"No. Leaving me for Kevin isnt what pissed me off. Im not pissed at you I just want to be alone." I say.

"Okay then." He says and walked away.

I looked up at the sky and frowned thinking about my sister and hoping she is still alive and safe.

"Hey Jade." Archie says and sits beside me.

"What do you want? Cant a girl just look up at the sky and be left alone?" I question.

"Well yeah. I just wanted to see if your okay." He says.

"Am I okay? No the answer is no. Three years ago I watched my best friend/sister get taken away from me. Ever since then everyone has made fun of what is true. Just go away Andrews." I say.

I got up and walked to Middle area outside the Blossom estate.

"14 years before your sister was taken I saw a boy around 8 years old get taken as well. I was visiting a friend in Missouri when I saw it and no one believed me either. Though it was real and I believe you." Cheryl's grandma says.

"So Im not crazy. This has happened before?" I question.

"Yes and I have talked to a scientist all the those ago and something abnormal happened to him. He got a ship in the sky and no one believed him. We staid in contact and when your sister was taken he called me saying another ship. Then I heard about you telling people and just like me and him no one listened. Though he has been working hard and soon we might just have a way to contact space." She says.

"Wow really. Well I would love to meet him." I say.

"I'll set something up dear. Now go have fun with your friends." She says.

I went back inside and went to hang out with my friends and all I could think about was what Nana Rose said. After the party I was about to leave, but Cheryl made me, Toni, Betty, and Veronica stay. Most likely wanting to know what happened with Nana Rose and why I pushed Archie away from me every time he came to talk to me. Ahh secrets and I might just have to tell the truth. After all these years they might just learn why I hate the redheaded boy Archie Andrews.
