Hey guys!

So I've decided to skip a head a few weeks in this chapter, you'll see why ;) I also just wanted to get the story going a bit. I felt like I was running out of this to write about going day by day. But I don't think it really matters. If it really bothers people, message me on my tumblr, you'll find it on my profile and if you are from tumblr, well you know what it is and I'll edit it so it's the day after the last chapter :) Anyway, there is a shock for Elena in this one, I think you'll hate me xD I'll leave you to read now :)

Next Update: Maybe one more tonight if I manage to write it, but if not tomorrow!

"Elena! Close from your hips! You're just throwing yourself over the jumps," Alan yelled at me as I did another failed attempt at getting my eq perfect over a 4'9 vertical.

"What is up with you today? I saw you jump this perfectly yesterday!" he continued shaking his head slightly, I let out a frustrated sigh,

"Come here," he said as we waved me over with his hand, oh god. Please don't let him do what I think he's going to do! I don't think I'll survive it being as tired as I am. I had worked non-stop today from 6 till 3 and I've been up since about, and I had half an hour of full on flatwork, getting my flying changes and transitions almost perfect. Yes Maddie has already got them down packed but me? Apparently I needed to sit better to everything so that was that. I let out a groan as Alan walked to my side and gestured for me to move my leg, letting him get to the stirrups. In one fluid motion he took them off, fuck, he was doing what I didn't want him to do. No stirrups, every riders worst nightmare. Yes it did make you have a stronger leg and give you better eq in the long run, but doing in the short run? It was torture. Alan gave a small chuckle as he placed my stirrups leathers and irons beside him,

"Now. Go do the vertical again," he smiled, pointing at me and then the jump. I let out a sign and pressed my spurs softly into Maddie's side urging her into her smooth, rocking horse canter. God, I loved this horses movements she made everything so easy to sit to without stirrups while some other horses bounced you everywhere.

As I rounded the corner to the vertical I took a deep breath and let it out slowly, trying my best to calm the nerves slightly that had started to bubble up in my stomach, I have never jumped this high without stirrups, ever, the highest I had jumped was about a 3'9 vertical. I felt Maddie quicken her pace underneath me which resulted in me giving her a soft half-halt, which just checked her on her speed. I pushed my heels down and put my calves on and felt Maddie take off, shit, long spot. I felt her leap forward unseating me completely.

"Shit!" I squealed as we launched into the air, I felt myself slipping from the saddle, but it was too late to hold onto her neck, I hit the ground, hard. I landing right on my back and felt the air get knocked right out of me. I tried to take deep breaths as I heard footsteps running towards me, I guess I should of moved, I probably freaked them all out. I felt myself getting my breath back and I closed my eyes, urging myself to take long, deep breaths.

"Elena?!" I heard a familiar voice ask urgently as he put his hand on my shoulder, I felt shivers run down my spine from his touch,

"You should know not to touch a person who has just fallen off," I said, opening my eyes to see Matt's concerned face hovering over mine, but was taken over by relief and his mouth broke into a smile, I groaned as I tried to sit up but Matt softly pushed back down to the ground,
