Fractured Heartstrings

Ch. 6

We ran fast down the halls yelling and laughing bare foot and soaked. Honestly we didn't care what people had to say about us.

We ran fast into her room collapsing on the ground and bursting into laughter. She makes me feel so alive. Like no one ever before.

"Let's go to the beach!" I smirked as she laughed harder.

"Are you serious? Again!" She groaned with laughter still escaping her lips.

"Yeah we are already wet, we might as well" I smirked getting off the ground and scooping Alyssa right into my arms.

"So I guess we're going then" she giggled, I managed to open the door and slipped out carefully shutting the door behind me.

I nodded proudly "you bet we are!" And then we were once again running down the halls leaving our wet foot marks all over the hallway's carpet, not caring about it. As if my world had stopped and I could just do anything without trouble or consequence.

As if nothing mattered...

We ran through the elevators with her still in my arms, laughter escaping our lips and smiles spread deeply on our faces.

As we slowly approached the beach the stars were shining bright into the sky.

"What time is it?" She asked silently, her grip tightening as I slowly walked near the rocks.

"Only about 4:00 am" I grinned, we'd came back from the barbecue soaked from jumping in the pool; which we swam in for 2 straight hours.

"I didn't bring my bathing suit so..." She started, grinning widely. I may or may not have the same thing in mind.

"Oh what a shame, guess we'll haft to leave then" I shrugged pretending I was serious.

"What no!" She whined pouting like a dog with sweet innocent eyes.

I grinned "well..."

She smirked and rolled her eyes "no one is here William"

"I mean we could go with our cloths right?" I smirked waking in circles, it was obvious now that we had the same thing in mind.

"Unless..." She whispered right into my ear with a small grin. Now I think I've made my mind.

"So then I guess we will go with our cloths?" I smirked wanting to hear the idea that we both had in mind, an idea I've always thought of.

"Oh for goodness sakes BABEE!" She whined wanting me to just admit what we wanted to do.

I chuckled "fine fine fine"

"Skinny dipping" we both said grinning, looking into each others eyes. Sure I haven't known her long - but she's my girlfriend and we both kinda just made an agreement on this.

"Skinny dipping it is" she smirked jumping out of my arms and splashing the water with her feet.

This was going to be one hell of a night ...

*Alyssa POV*

I splashed the water at my feet, running up and down the coast line of the beach. My dress blowing by my knees. I had the sense William was starring and honestly I didn't mind, it was late anyways.

"So are you going to keep starring or actually join me?" I smirked with my hand on my hips.

He chuckled "fine I'll join ya" he twirled and spun around the water, after following the trail of my footsteps.

He walked up to me slowly softly rubbing my cheek with his hand

"Is this better for ya?" He grinned whispering and leaning closer.
