William POV

As much as I'd love to be practicing for the sport I absolutely loved, I had to admit . . . I would much rather be spending it with Alyssa. Or going on those mysterious filled journeys, and fun places Toronto had to offer.

"So anyways . . . " I spoke as I fiddled around on the laptop laying on my lap.
"I was thinking we could go to that Wonderland place - seems fun" I grinned looking up to Alyssa for her reaction towards my crazy fun thrilled ideas.

She giggled and plopped onto the bed next to me, trailing her hands into my hair. "As much as I'd love to go on these new adventures with you. We both know you have hockey to work on, for the season"

I rolled my eyes, "hockey is hockey. I'd rather be spending my summer break with you. Plus we both already know how busy you'll be in University when it starts up again, why not enjoy the time we get to spend together"

She raised an eyebrow, "you'd rather be spending time with me rather than playing your favourite sport?"

I nodded with a smile, "so can we pleaseee go to wonderland" I whined as if I was five, flashing her my pouty face and eyes. She chuckled and cupped both my cheeks, "fine."

I somehow squealed and jumped around, laughing and smiling afterwards.
"So when do you plan heading to this Wonderland?" She questioned, as yet another idea flashed me like a lightbulb.

I smirked, "well you see, there's not only Wonderland here in Toronto - in fact there's a bunch more things to do. I'm still debating but, I mean there is the hockey hall of fame and stuff" I shrugged not wanting to seem to eager to head down there. Although I'm sure I was obvious enough, that I was pretty damn eager to go have some fun.

Obviously by the way she crossed her arms and flashed both eyebrows at me, she had clearly picked up of how badly I needed to go there.

"I'm not sure. I mean with any of this. I feel like I'm a distraction, I mean what if the Leafs send you down again and it's because of me or something-"

I laughed trying eagerly to interrupt her high stress levels (or so it seemed),
"You're a good distraction so I don't see why not. If things happen for reasons then obviously I find it was all fait. I'm not going to be some jerk and end it because they say you're some distraction. If anything you'll give me the motivation I need to remain on this team, and if I don't - oh well"

"Why?" She whispered, catching me lost at her words she whispered as her stared burned at the side of my eyes.

"Why are you so different? From the rest? Sacrifices for me, just another girl"

"You aren't just some other girl . . . "

"I can guarantee you'll get tired of me and move on"

"Don't assume things you don't know your sure of"

"I can promise you it'll happen"

"Oh, silly, don't make promises that are to easily be broken"

"Is that so? You'll really last so long with me?"

"I'll prove it"

*****

"So is part of your proving plan to be rapidly making out with me on the side of your car?" She asked, her voice ringing through my ears. I grinned flashing a quick wink, "indeed"

Suddenly her look of enjoyment had faded as she starred up at me in her mysterious unreadable expression. "Am I good kisser?" She asked suddenly.

I shot a couple glares of confusion, totally unaware of why exactly she wondered things like this. "I mean defiantly" I chuckled.
