Alyssa's POVMy body jolted causing my eyes to slowly flutter open, my body suddenly feeling bumps underneath me. My ears opening up to the sound of music, and finally my eyes opening to view the sight from the inside of William's car.
I yawned as my mind struck through confusion, "what makes you think I wanted to go for a ride?"
William's body moved, more likely him being shocked from me speaking.
"I didn't realize you woke up" he smirked.I shrugged and laid down more into my seat, "Yea well, where are we going?"
I watched him as his grin grew from ear to ear, "I thought you would've wanted to go somewhere . . ."I nodded still unsure of his whole plan, "I see, maybe you wanted to tell me where first?"
He shook his head and chuckled, "leave it to the surprise darling"
Sliding his fingers across his phone to turn up the volume of his songs, leaving me unspoken. Casual guys and their surprises."Just wondering, how much longer will it take to get there?" I asked as I crossed my arms over my chest and looked out to the view of downtown Toronto.
"Not long, we're almost there anyways"I didn't comment further than that, just admired the streets and views, listening and tapping in onto the beat of the songs. I guess with my coming profession of wanting to become a teacher, I never got the chance to admire what Toronto had. The beautiful skyscrapers and different historical buildings, I never really got the chance to see or notice these wonderful things.
Without anymore thought, I had noticed the buildings soon started to disappear as we entered the dim-lighted indoor parking lot. Yet I still seemed to admire what was around me, silly I know, but I did anyway.
"We're here" Williams faint voice echoed through the convertible, alarming me our destination had arrived. "Can't wait to see what Nylander had in stock for me!" I smirked as I got out of the car and slammed the door shut.
William locked his car and lead me through the somewhat emptied parking lot. Grabbing onto my hand and bringing me closer to his warmth.
"Please don't tell me your little surprise here, is walking through this abandoned parking lot" I smirked as I swung our hands back and forth. His smile suddenly faded as the movement of our feet as well. "Well, I guess we better get back since my girl doesn't like my surprise" he pouted.
I rolled my eyes as he finally broke into small laughter and a charming smile.
"This isn't close to what I have for you" he chuckled as we continued waking down.I giggled and hugged onto his torso as we walked down the empty lane.
"You're a horrible lier anyway" I laughed.I could almost sense he rolled his eyes, yet he chuckled anyways, for amusement.
"But I'm better than you" he smirked. But I grew up a horrible lier, which eventually, I learned from naughty guys or bad girls. That's how it was.I playfully shoved William and laughed along, hearing the our only laughter or voices in this one odd looking parking lot.
Our laughter died down, with our only movement, consisting of William leading me to some sort of exit and up to the bright and loud city of Toronto.
"We aren't far at all now, but don't try to get the surprise out of me." He smirked as he slid some shades over his eyes, leading me down the stoplight sidewalk and near familiar buildings.
I didn't speak or ask anything more from him, just walking and letting him take the lead to where on earth his surprise would be. Although soon enough, I found ourselves among the many that stood under the one and only, C.N Tower.
