The world was silent and empty. The land was barren and dead. There was no wind or a drop of water. Even the sun in the sky felt distant and old as the land felt neither cold or hot. A lone pair of footprints painted the land. It belonged to Tema as he continued on his lonely trip across the wasteland. The land was all stone as if the life had been drained from it and whatever buildings he found were mere remnants including the carcasses of animals who had longed past.
Tema sat down on a small stone but then a giant bird of some sort came down from the sky with its talons sharp as they were aiming at him. As he fought the bird it was large and powerful with its feathers thick and hard protecting it from harm. Tema began to see how futile It was
"what am I going to do? I'm not strong enough on my own. If only I had Lucile I could beat this thing no problem" almost like magic his orb lit up red. He pressed it and emerged in his Assault mode.
As the bird swooped at him he struck it back with a fierce counter attack forcing it to retreat. "Lucile can you hear me?" he heard no answer. "can you hear me?" he heard no response and giving up ran at full speed in a random direction.
Back in the real world the girls watched on as Tema dashed across the wilderness. "it seems he is still able to utilize the fusion-drive" said Kyla
"but how is it possible when I'm still here?" asked Lucile
"it is strange." Said Kyla "normally your soul joins with Tema so you're an enhanced being so it's basically one body with two souls"
"but it looks like he can't contact her like he can normally can" said Hana
"I think due to the circumstances it isn't perfect, although he can use his forms at will he can't contact you"
"but the strange thing is I can hear his thoughts and see what he sees when I concentrate" said Lucile
"I think all we can do is watch" said Kyla.
The hours seemed to roll by for the girls but in the world through the cloud days went by. Tema just wandered the world, days and nights passed going from days to weeks as he travelled to still be unsuccessful. It was late in the real world and only Hana and Kyla were awake.
Tema was just wondering like normal "how long has it been for him?" asked Hana
"for us only a few hours but for him eighteen days. The flow of time runs much faster in the world's he's in."
"I think I know where he is or rather when he is"
"he's in the past of celestia's history. The part of history were the children of the world were fighting it out"
"I figured as much. Look he's found something" Tema just came up over a hill and looked at the remains of a town. The buildings had holes and parts missing but remained intact.
Tema wandered into the town "Hello. Anyone here? Hello I'm just looking for someone" he received no answer. "there must be someone here" he went into any building still standing but they were all the same. One building he went into was still intact but the furniture was all covered in cobwebs and rotted over, another one was completely devoid of anything while the last one still had some life only in the form of rats chewing on something.
Tema came to the very last building a large mansion of some sort. The house looked rotted and old and as he peered in a window just like the others was old dusty and covered in cobwebs but then he heard a voice
