{a week later}

{mahiru pov}

a week later after the future foundation's visit and mahiru and peko waking up. we decided to have a beach day. mahiru ventured around and found some swimsuits for all of us, and akane promoted the idea.

so all of us were changing and meeting at the restaurant. i was the first on there, so i was waiting.

i stand there tapping my foot when i see peko walk over. i freeze up a little bit as she stands in front of me.

peko and i have been avoiding each other, well, in better terms i have been her. i don't trust her, not yet. i step back a little while she said,"i'm sorry mahiru, truly i am."

i look at her,"i-i forgive you peko, but i don't fully trust you yet."

she smiles,"thank you mahiru."

i nod and see hajime and souda walk over to us,"hey peko, mahiru," souda says as they reach us.

i wave and peko nods. hajime and i talk about cats oddly and souda and peko have a staring contest. once everyone arrives, we all head down to the beach. it was a decently hot day but teruteru brought food and water so we should be good.

we make it to the beach and everyone goes and does there own thing. sonia and akane are swimming, souda and hajime are talking and walking, peko and fuyuhiko are building a sand castle, byakuya was guarding, teruteru was tanning, and i was sitting at on beach shore by everyone's stuff reading.

after a few hours, hajime's tablet thingy starts flashing with a red light. i set down my book and grab the tablet. it reads,' subjects: mikan tsumiki, hiyoko saionji, and ibuki mioda have woken up, please...' i goes off the screen.

but, they are awake. i jump up, set the tablet down and run off. i hear byakuya yell at me to 'slow down' but i don't care. i continuing running until i make it to the building. i stop and pant for a bit. i sigh and walk in.

i am greeted with the sight of mikan crying, ibuki comforting her, and hiyoko pouting. i sigh and clear my throat to make it know that i am here.

all three of them look over at me and mikan starts crying. i shake my head, grab pain killers and water, and walked over to them. i handed some pills and a bottle of water to each of them. it took a bit for them to kick in but when they did, all hell broke loss.

hiyoko was yelling at mikan, mikan was crying even harder, and ibuki was defending mikan. it was such a mess that i had to go outside and take a break from them.

i go outside and i sit against the wall. i hear something break, but i don't care. i see souda and hajime come over to me,"did-."

"yup, i need your help," i look at souda.

he looks scared,"you need to distract hiyoko while i get mikan and ibuki out of there."

it took a little bit of convincing but her agreed. so, souda and i went inside. i took one step inside and it was a mess. ibuki and hiyoko were yelling about something back and forth while mikan was in the corner, crying. i sigh and nod for souda to go and get mikan, and he does. i go over to hiyoko and ibuki and yell,"shut up! both of you!"

hiyoko looks at me and hugs me,"mahiru, you're alive! yay!"

i sigh and look at ibuki and she nods and leaves the building. i look down at hiyoko,"why were you yelling? and what did you guys throw?"

"well, i was yelling at mikan because she was being a meanie and ibuki threw a chair," she lets go of me.

i sigh,"let's get you to your cottage."

"okie!" i grab her hand and we left the building.
