{ sonia's pov }

it's been a month and gundham and nekomaru haven't woken up yet. i know it took two months for byakuya and teruteru to wake up but i don't think souda and akane can take it much longer. souda looks like he hasn't slept in months. he hasn't left gundham's side since hiyoko, mikan, and ibuki woke up. and akane is just a mess, she hasn't left her room at all.

i sighs at the thought and lay down on my bed. it is currently 11:30 at night and i can't sleep for some odd reason. i'm currently in a tank top, a pair of sweatpants, and my hair is up in a ponytail.

i'm reading when there was a knock at my door. i look up, put my bookmark in, and open the door. it was akane.

she looked like a mess. she had a sweatshirt on and a pair of shorts. and she had dark circles under her eyes. she sniffles,"h-hey soni-sonia."

i look at her and pull her inside,"akane, are you okay?"

she shakes her head,"n-no, it's just, i miss him s-so much s-sonia," she looks ready to cry.

i go over to her and hug her,"akane, it's okay."

she buries her face into my shoulder and i blush a little bit. okay, i might have a tiny crush on akane. i used to have a crush on gundham, but i got over him and now think of him as a good friend. and i think a certain mechanic has the hot for him.

i rub her back and she cries,"it's okay akane. they're going to wake up soon."

she looks at me,"but what if he doesn't, he died twice sonia."

she smile slightly,"i know they're going to wake up, i promise."

she looks at me and smiles,"thanks sonia."

"anytime akane."

she nods and turns to leave, opens the door,and then suddenly rain. i look out the door,"you're not going out there."

"why not?"

"you can get sick."

"but what if i run."

"akane, your cottage is on the opposite side of mine, and it's pouring!"

"but-"

"no buts! you are going to sleep on my bed while i stay on the floor," i use my 'princess voice.'

"uh no, i'll sleep on the floor while you sleep on the bed."

i shake my head. she sighs,"then why don't we both sleep on the bed then?"

"fine!"

"fine!" she walks over to the bed and lays down. i freeze, what did i agree too. she looks over at me,"you coming?"

i nod, close the door, and lay down next to her. i roll over on my side and started to fall asleep. i suddenly feel someone someone hug me from behind. i flush a little,"night sonia~".

"n-night akane," i murmur. we fell asleep like that.
