{ akane pov }

{ the same day }

after i left sonia, gundham, and souda, i walked over to nekomaru. he was sitting up rubbing his. i smiled and called out to him,"nekomaru!"

he looked at me,"akane!" he stood up and we hugged. we stood like that for a few moments and then separated when sonia came over.

"greetings nekomaru, how are you feeling? do you need any pain killers?" she asked.

"nah, i'm good, but thanks for offering sonia," he says.

sonia nods,"then i'll be off, bye nekomaru and akane," she kisses my cheek and leaves.

nekomaru look at me and cocks his eyebrow,"you and sonia?"

"what? i can have a girlfriend if i want," i sigh.

he chuckles,"hey, when i get better we can start training agian!"

"yes!" i fist punch the air.

{ really short chapter but that's all i can think of for right now. how do you guys think about sonia and akane's relationship? }
