Cas and Dean were woken by a loud bang. They both jumped across the room to grab for a weapon. Dean's pistol was on the dresser across the room, amcompanied by Cas' blade. They had felt so secure in the cabin away from civilisation and with each other, that they hadn't needed their weapons on hand at night.
They stood facing each other on either side of the door, waiting for another noise. It came again, however this time they realised it was a knock.
Someone was knocking at the front door.
Dean stowed his pistol in his jeans and walked out cautiously into the hall. "Cas" He whispered. "Go round the balcony way" Cas nodded and slid quietly out of the glass door.
"Hello?" Dean called as he approached the wooden door, cocking his gun and readying to fire.
"Dean. Open up. Please." It was Sam, unmistakably Sam, but he sounded scared.
Dean threw open the door and hugged his brother. He distcreatly pressed his silver ring against his neck- there was no such thing as to cautious- and splashed a small amount of Holy water on him.
"Dude. I'm me" Sam laughed.
"Just checkin' Hey...." Dean suddenly realised what was happening.
"WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING HERE. DID YOU TRACK ME!"
At that moment Cas appeared and, noticing Sam, lowered his blade.
"Sam. That is very inconsiderate. We told you this place was a secret." He sounded genuinely hurt, and angry, which was very unlike Cas.
"Guys I'm SO sorry. I really am. But there was someone waiting outside the bunker and I didn't know what to do."
"Ugh your just lucky we didn't sleep naked. Come in Sam" Dean chuckled and ushered Sam inside and shut the door behind Cas.
"What happened?" Cas asked, more calm than before.
"So I went out for some grocerys, I stayed out at the bar for an hour, and then when I arrived home there was a Car outside."
"That's it?"
"No. Wait a minute. I watched them for a while, they didn't move, eventually I hacked into the car's satnav and..... They had been circling the bunker for hours."
"Ok. Bit suspicious" Dean frowned.
"That's not all. I stayed with the Car for a few hours. They didn't move once. then I saw them in the window, watching the bunker door with binoculars, and they had guns on the dashboard. I didnt know what to do."
"Well. I suppose we can forgive you in that case." Cas smiled and hugged Sam, as he didn't say hello when he turned up. "Take a seat and I'll get beer"
"Where am I safe to sit? If you know what I mean" Sam winked at Dean as he leant on the dining table.
Dean thought he would be completely honest with Sam, mainly because he thought it would mess with him.
"Well not there" Dean laughed.
Sam quickly sprung away from the table and laughed awkwardly.
"Or on the sofa. Definitely not the armchair. Probably avoid the kitchen counters. And....."
"I wouldn't take a bath while you are here either" Cas added, making Dean laugh.
"Jesus. So my option is the coffee table."
"We are just messing with you. We'll we aren't, but Cas mojo'd everything away so you don't need to worry."
"Phew. Also. Ew" Sam laughed and sat down in the chair as Cas came over with beer.
"Hey. Its a natural beautiful act Sammy"
"Yeah, and gross when it's you and Cas. I don't want the images"
Dean just laughed and put his feet up on the table.

Sam gazed around at the cabin: the blues and greens surrounding him, the photos of the boys on the walls, even the small decorations and clutter laying around all reminded him of Cas and Dean. He supposed he hadn't really come to grips with how close they were. It was was to forget they were in love, but as he stared at a photo on the wall of the two leaning together with the lake and a beautiful sunset set before them, he realised how much he had missed with those two.
"You two. You really are in love aren't you."
"Yes" Cas said simply as he turned to Dean and placed a gentle kiss on his lips. Dean pressed harder into it, and wrapped his arms around Cas.
After a moment, they separated and Dean gently swiped his lip as he looked to Sam.
"Sorry. Got carried away."
"You've never been sorry before" Sam laughed. He obviously wasn't bothered with their show of public affection.

They spent the afternoon fishing and playing poker mainly, and when darkness drew in, Cas made them Chicken.
"You can take the couch. We have loads of spare pillows, and a blanket."
"Its very comfortable. Trust Me" Cas smiled.
"K. You two sleep well. I would really appreciate it if you didn't have Sex while I'm here, but yanno, your house your rules I guess" Sam said as he layed himself down with a mountain of cushions.
"I'm not promising anything Sammy"
