Deans eyes flickered open and he saw the light blue walls around him. He turned and Sam was sitting in an armchair by the bed. The hospital bed.
"Where..."
"Soiux Falls" Sam smiled. "Your gonna be ok Dean"
"Cas!"
"I know, he wasn't himself.."
"No........ Cas.... Is he..?"
"He's alive, in the dungeon. And litterally not himself. He has been possessed by another angel. Sarathiel."
"Why...."
"She wont say why she did any of it, just that it was penance."
"We need to go"
"You need to rest. They are putting Casts on in an hour, then we can leave."
The pain suddenly washed over Dean and he realised he had stitches and bandages wrapped around his arms, which he could move.
"Fine." He grunted and lated back down.

"I'm sorry you have to see this Dean"
Dean nodded his head and followed Sam to the dungeon. Cas was strung up by his wrists, in the middle of the room, dangling numbly. He looked up to Dean and laughed.
"This remind you of anything Baby?"
Dean's mind raced back to the night that he stabbed Cas. He cringed back and watched Cas wearily.
"Come on Baby. Have a little fun now and then." He smiled cockily. "You did that night"
"Shut up Sara!" Sam said.
"Its fine Sammy."
"Dean, you know there might only be one way to get the information out of her...... Sorry"
"I need a breather...... I can't watch."
Dean said as he rubbed his forehead and walked off to his room.
He layed back on his bed and stared at the ceiling, listening to the shouts coming from down the hall.
He turned his head into the pillow and noticed something glint on the table.
A small vile and letter. It was just as before, even the handwriting was the same.
Dean, I'm sorry about Sarathiel, I know she is currently inhabiting your fiancé's body. I know what she tried to do to you, and I know about your arms, must have been painful. I've sent you a little something to ease up the pain, and I have a hint for you.
' The first Witch is the wise Witch, as long as you follow her flower trails.'
Unsolve the riddle and it will give you a solution for Cas.
Yours

"What the HELL is that supposed to mean!!"
Dean slammed his hand down on the bedside table and swore.
After he had taken the potion, he wrote down the riddle, hid the letter, and went down to Sam.

"Sam. Stop!" Dean called as Sam stopped his fist, midair, and turned to him with confusion on his face.
"Leave him- ur... Her. I need help."

"Flower trails? Where did this come from?"
"Doesn't matter! It doesn't make sense, I need your help, your the smart one. Figure it out!!" Dean snapped. "Sorry I just..."
"I understand. I'll work it out. Give me some time."

"It's been three hours. Anything?" Dean didn't seem angry anymore, just tired.
"Nothing. How's your arms?"
"Much Better actually." Dean forced a smile. The pain had completely gone since the potion, but he wasn't telling Sam anything about it yet.
Dean slumped down in the armchair between the bookshelves and put his feet up on the table. He noticed something... A book on the shelf opposite him was called the 'First Witch's journal.'
"Sam...." He picked out the book and dropped it on the table in front of his brother.
Sam immediately opened it and began to look through the pages. It was a spell book, that much was clear. A few of the pages had small roses in the corner.
"Flower trail..." Dean said. "Is it where they end?"
"Let's see" Sam smiled, he flipped through the pages, just looking at the corner. He reached the last page with a rose, and gasped.
"This is it! angelus quomodocunque exorcizari!"
Dean raised an eyebrow.
"Angel exorcism."
"What if it expels Cas?"
"It will only exorcise the new being, no matter what the old one is."
"Great. What do you need."

"...angelus quomodocunque exorcizari!!" Sam finished the spell and threw something into the flames.
Sarathiel thrashed around, screaming, and then the room was filled with a blinding white light.

"D..e..a..n...?"
