28. The Truth Beyond The Picture

School was going okay.

It was a Friday so I decided to go to Jisung's house just for fun.

We were walking together, once again in silence like we always did except we were holding hands this time.

When we got there Jisung shouted to his mum like he always did. 'I'm home with Y/N!'

Usually, she would just say hi to me or something but today she came stomping out of the kitchen to us.

'Finally! I need to talk to you both about something. Come sit.' She said, not looking happy.

Jisung and I looked at each other in shock and confusion but still listened to her and sat on the couch.

His mum got her phone and showed us something on the screen, more like a picture.

The same picture we got in mess for at school.

Jisung and I were embarrassed that she had to see it and probably thought the wrong way about it.

Jisung flushed a red colour and snatched the phone from his mums hands.

'Where did you get this from?!' He asked.

'Another parent sent it to me! Explain!' She replied.

I sighed. 'Well at least we can tell her,' I said to Jisung. He nodded.

'What do you mean?' His mum asked.

'Mum, once we explain you'll understand. We can't tell anyone else apart from you,'

She looked confused but nodded. 'Go on then, explain.'

We looked at each other and started explaining why I was lying down in bed next to Jisung wearing his shirt and why he was shirtless.

FLASHBACK

What really happened that night...remember part 8? Door 4??

When Y/N lost control in the end. Well, that night her vampire self took over and she didn't know what to do.

Jisung sensed something wrong and tried looking for her but couldn't find her.

In the end he found her in an alleyway crying. In front of her was a dead body.

He realised everything and was shocked that Y/N was actually a vampire.

He helped her out and gave her his shirt since hers was all bloody and ruined.

Then when they went home, Y/N was all shaking and stuff so he helped her sleep calmly and hugged her to sleep. The next morning, Haechan saw and took a picture since they were having a sleep over.

That's what really happened.

END OF FLASHBACK

Jisung's mum nodded as she understood. It felt so good finally telling the true story.

'Well, I thought of something completely different!' She said making us flustered.

'Mum! Seriously? I would never do that...' said Jisung.

She laughed making us laugh too. 'Well it's fine, don't worry about it but this better just be a one-time thing!'

We nodded and smiled at her. 'Good, now are you guys hungry?'

'YES!'
