"You believe me now, right?" he said anticipating my answer but before I could answer...
I got interrupted by someone behind me.
"What is this?"
I turned around and saw the rest of the boys standing there. Only one of Jeno's hands was on my left shoulder now.
I was surprised to see the rest of the boys standing there with confused expressions plastered onto their faces. Especially Jisung.
I opened my mouth to say something but nothing came out and I shut it. What was I meant to do in this kind of situation? I awkwardly looked away before speaking.
"Uh, you don't need to know. I have to go now, I'm meeting up with someone," I said before quickly turning to Jeno and whispering a small bye. Then, I walked past the boys and out the school.
My body heated up as I replayed what just happened in my mind. 'why am I so awkward?'
Eventually, I reached the cafe in which I first met Yangyang. I was meeting with him again today.
Mega Time Skip
It had been 2-3 months since I had first met Yangyang and we became pretty close friends but I still thought of Jisung and Samuel as my best friends.
Thing's had eventually calmed down between me and Haechan and even Jeno. The boys found out about me and Jeno and it got pretty chaotic at some point but it was calm now, although, Jeno still didn't trust me and I could feel it. Whenever I was going to get close with one of the boys, he would interfere and not let me.
The boys didn't really know how close I was to Jisung since I mostly spent time with him after school without them. I didn't hang around with Jisung in school because he has friends and I, being the introvert I am, don't think I can handle being around too many people.
Samuel and I were also close and also the only ones who knew about Yangyang. It's not like we were trying to hide it or something but no one asked about Yangyang since they didn't know him so, why randomly tell them I have a friend out of school?
Jisung, Samuel and I were 3 best friends. We could all relate to each other and felt comfortable around each other, however, the people in school thought differently. In school, it would usually just be me and Samuel together in the playground and Jisung with the boys but in classes which I would have with Jisung, we would seem super close. This would confuse people but I couldn't care less about what people thought.
It was now a Friday after school and I was meeting up with Yangyang. It had been a while since I had talked to him. I entered the cafe and sat down where I always sit with Yangyang opposite me and usual.
"Hey," he said as I sat down, I greeted him back. "I have something to tell you and it's really good news," he said making me pay attention to him. "I'm moving to your school!"
My mouth parted slightly and I starred at him. "really? That's great!" I said calmly. "You don't seem that excited about it," he said and I let out a slight chuckle.
"Well, I already know you and see you occasionally, how does it make a difference if you move to my school? My whole life isn't in school you know," I said jokingly and he also chuckled. "that's true, but anyway, my first day will be next week Wednesday,"
"that's nice," I mumbled and took a sip of my blood coffee.
We spent the next 30 minutes there before we departed. Yangyang was pretty cute, his smile was nice. I didn't feel any attraction to him at all but I knew for a fact that he was cute.
