"I've just updated your grades online and I have no words," my Spanish teacher exclaimed.

Everyone's face suddenly dropped and replaced with a scared look. Honestly, it's been so hard this year and I guess I'm not the only one.

"Please just study harder or get a tutor because this is ridiculous," she said. You'd think she'd be speaking Spanish, but not when she's disappointed.

The bell rang and I was the first one out. It was lunch and I jogged over to my spot before someone took it. I hated sitting alone, but at the same time it's nice and quiet.

I heard a familiar laugh, so I looked up. It was Ashton and Luke. My eyes widened as they walked ahead not noticing me. I didn't wanna say anything because I was scared to face Ashton even though I really wanted to hang out with them.

The whole lunch period I watched them, as creepy as that sounds, talking and laughing, enjoying life. I smiled at how close they all were. I wish I had friends to be close with like that.

My smile dropped when the blonde girl from the other day sat down next to Ashton. His face broke into a wide grin and he put his arm on her shoulder.

Ouch.

They were getting touchy just like how Ashton is with me and my heart couldn't take it. I shouldn't even be feeling like this, but he is making it so hard not to.

I debated on whether or not to go over there and do something about it. I took matter into my own hands and stomped over there.

Once I reached their table, I faked a smile and sat next to Michael.

"Hey, Jenna!" they all chorused.

"Hey, guys!" I said in the most fake cheery voice.

The blonde girl introduced herself, "Hi, I'm Jane." Damn she's so pretty.

Ashton smiled at me and I narrowed my eyes at him. He gave me a confused look and I continued with Natalie.

Her hands were still wrapped around Ashton's bicep, and I impulsively wrapped mine around Michael's arm.

"What's up?" Michael asked seeming oblivious to what was going on and letting me grasp his arm.

"Nothing, I was lonely sitting alone over there, so I came to hangout with you guys," I said casually. I felt Ashton's stare burning into me and I let out a smirk.

"Okay, well I'm going to go back with my friends until lunch ends," Natalie started. "I'll meet you after school, okay?" she looked to Ashton. He nodded and my blood was boiling. Are you serious? He's doing this right in front of me!

Natalie walked off to her friends after Ashton hugged her goodbye. It actually hurt because Ashton always told me to give him hugs goodbye.

"Jenna, can we talk?" Ashton said frustrated.

"Why?" I glared. He stared at me defeated, and took my wrist.

"What's up with you today?" Ashton said walking us over to a nearby tree.

"Nothing, what's your problem?" I countered as I held out my hand checking out my nails.

"No, Jenna. What's you're problem, because I didn't do anything!" Ashton bellowed.

"Natalie seems to be what you're doing," I muttered.

He lowered his hands in disbelief and started laughing.

"Why the hell are you laughing?" I asked.

"Okay, wait," he stuttered. "You're jealous!" he exclaimed.

My checks were becoming warm as u yelped. "No I am not!"

"Jenna, you are one funny girl," he chuckled. I was getting angry until he enveloped me into a hug. I pushed him off of me. "Jenna, Natalie is my cousin," he explained. My eyes widened and immediately felt embarrassed.

"Wait, what?" I choked.

"Yeah, she's a freshman too actually," he giggled. I groaned, but relief flooded my veins.

"Oh, god," I groaned.

"You're too cute," he tapped my nose.

"No, I'm not," I sighed.

He laughed and walked us back over to the table with his arm on my shoulder.

"Hey, the lovebirds are back!" Calum shouted.

I groaned and sat back down sitting next to Ashton this time.

"Can we hangout tonight?" Calum asked.

"Sure, why not?"

Everyone agreed and went off to their classes once the bell rang.

I can never write endings on these chapter, but lol here's an update. Wow, Jenna. Natalie is his cousin, duh. haha ok. Byeee
