"You're so fucking stupid"
"Max language!" Susan yelled giving her daughter an disapproving look . "Mom he always does this to her"
"You don't even know what you're talking about Maxine" I argued causing her to glare at me "I know more than you think I do shit head" She argued
"Max this is Billy and Danica's relationship, please stay out of it" Susan lectured to her daughter, Max rolled her eyes before sharing her opinion. "You guys have been at this since high-school, She's been by your side through fuck ups and break ups and she still loved you four years later and you're telling me that you can't go live in New York with the love of your life because California is your home."
"California is where my mom is"
"Your mom is dead Billy!" She spat causing both Susan and I to look at her in disbelief.
"MAXINE! go to your room" Susan spoke , Max frowning knowing that what she had said was wrong, I heard her say a light sorry before heading to her room. "She cares too much" Susan spoke grabbing my hands as she apologized.
"I care too"
"So why wont you go to New York with Danica?" Susan questioned, I sighed lightly before saying "California is my life, It reminds me of mom. It reminds me of what my life use to be like"
"You know Max is right. Danica has stuck with you at your worst. Basing decisions off of what you wanted, Don't you think its time to make a decision for her." Susan spoke before adding, "Your mother is always with you. Plus you never know, you might actually like the city life"
"Did that slut finally leave your ass" I heard. Susan and I turning my head to see my father. Susan looked at me with pleading eyes, "Did she finally leave you for that Harrington kid" He laughed. I felt the anger raise in my body as I got up grabbing him by his shirt. "Billy wait" Susan cried out as I shoved him to a wall, "You're a loser Bill, just admit it."
"Billy please" Susan begged, hopping that this wouldn't turn into a fight. I looked at her before letting go of him, "Thank good you didn't get that bitch pregnant" Neil spat. I turned back punching him in the face, his nose cracking against my fist. "Don't you ever talk about her like that again" I seethe through my teeth. Susan gave me a sad look which i had returned. I hated Susan being in the middle of this. I wish she would just leave his ass. I ran my fingers through my hair before grabbing my leather jacket and leaving.
Danica
"He doesn't love me mom"
"And how do you know that? Did he say this too you?" she questioned as she stroked my hair, my head placed on her lap, "Danica you have to understand that maybe he's not ready."
"Or maybe he doesn't want to be with me. He had a whole girlfriend back in California that he didn't tell me about, what else is he hiding? If he loved me he would've just told me the truth" I cried as my mother shushed me.
"You guys are young, and love will definitely come. I know you love him baby but take this time to be alone. I love him too unfortunately" She spoke causing me to laugh lightly, "He's a nice guy mom"
"He wasn't when you guys were in school" She spoke making me laugh some more, "No he wasn't but I still loved him" I added.
"Give it time darling"
"What did he do" We heard turning our heads to see Dustin, I smiled lightly before opening my arms for him to come lay with us. I watched as he sighed before coming over cuddling up on the couch, "I'm going to kill him" He threatened, "It's okay kiddo" I reassured.
"When are you leaving?" Dustin asked making me sigh. "Two days" I answered hearing him breathe deeply. "I'm definitely going to kill him" He spoke a hint of anger in his voice, "Dusty calm down" Our mother spoke causing me to giggle, "Yea Dusty" I teased making Dustin groan.
"You guys are annoying"
"But you love us"
