CHAPTER THREE: THE AVENGERS
Olive and her siblings had been with Hydra for a while now, too long for Olive to keep track. The youngest Maximoff couldn't take it anymore. "This is all their fault." She would say.
Today was one of the days where Olive got to train alone. It was rare, but she found that when she asked for something repeatedly, people began to get annoyed and give her what she wanted. She had to gain their trust, make them believe she was on their side-eventually, she got to that point, and they became slightly more flexible.
Olive had been in there for over an hour at this point, using her hands to control the darkness in the room. She used painful memories to control it, because as Strucker always told her, the darkness within her would control the darkness around her.
And suddenly, something unusual happened. "Report to your stations immediately! This is not a drill, we are under attack." A voice echoed throughout the speakers of the facility.
"What?" Olive mumbled softly to herself. She was quick to leave the training room, careful not to be seen. Upon the realization that she was almost at the exit, she picked up in speed.
She gasped when she ended up face to face with a guard, she could see other Hydra agents panicking in the corner of her eyes, no doubt, because of the attack.
Olive felt the darkness around her growing, and the guard noticed it. A dark fog trailed around her fingertips, and she lifted her hand up and placed it over the guard's eyes. His mind was plagued with a darkness, not enough to cause him to pass out, but just enough to temporarily blind him.
Olive grinned and ran on, she could hear the guard shouting from behind her as she did so. She made her way past her sibling's cells to see them empty. She didn't bother looking, she just kept running, I have to get out of here.
She found the doors covered in locks, but they were left unlocked by the previous guard who used them. Too easy. From there, she ran and she didn't stop.
When she got decently far away from the facility, she watched as an archer attempted to shoot an arrow, only for a strip of blue to come speeding by to stop it. Olive knew that as her brother, Pietro. "Typical." She muttered. He went to shoot another arrow but Pietro sped over and knocked him down.
"You didn't see that coming?" Pietro asked with a small smirk. The archer went to shoot another arrow only to be shot by one of Hydra's agents. Olive gasped at the sight of the large wound in his side.
"Clint!" A redhead yelled. "Clint's hit!" She panicked, trying to aid Clint. "Somebody wanna deal with that bunker?"
Olive watched from behind a tree as a green monster raged over to rip it apart. She was impressed to say the least. No one this good has ever attempted to attack the base, but these guys might actually have a shot.
"Thank you." The redhead said, Olive smiled softly at this. She looked back to the Hydra base which she was told to call 'home', only to see that the force field around it was destroyed by a man in a red and gold suit. Tony Stark. It didn't take a genius to figure out who he was, as he was very well known.
"Clint's hit pretty bad guys, we're gonna need evac." The girl spoke, to who she assumed was that rest of her team.
Olive thought about going to the two men she saw in the distance, but it was too risky. She could easily be seen by the redhead as she moved from her place behind the tree.
"Ugh..." She pondered. This is an issue.
"Hey!" Pietro's voice sounded, Olive looked up to see him. He seemed to come out of nowhere, but Olive knew better. "What are you doing out here? You could get hurt."
