It was night of prom for Mystic Falls high school. Boys were brave enough to ask girls to be their partners and they said 'Yes'. They wore matching dresses and suits.

When they arrived, all eyes were on them. The music wasn't too loud, but it was hard to talk and hear. Everyone danced around. Diego and Nikki were standing next to table with drinks, watching how everyone danced. Oliver and Ellie were dancing in the corner of the room. Anthony and Luchia were dancing in the middle of the room. His arms around her waist and her arms around his neck. Everything around them dissapeard as Luchia leaned in, but Anthony took a step back. He took her hand and went to balcony. All the night stars glow above them as they both leaned in. Their lips slowly danced in sync like they did. The moonlight shining on them the whole time as they slowly moved around the balcony. Suddenly, rain started falling. They laughed and smiled as they looked at sky. Luchia looked at Anthony and smiled brightly. "Promise me this is forever!" she said as she took his hands in hers. He smirked as he looked in her eyes. "I promise!" He said. He then kissed her again, but with more passion and love than before. As they pulled away, their foreheads touched. They stayed there for a little while until Diego and Ellie rushed over to them and covered them. As they walked downstairs, soaked wet, everyone looked at them, but didn't say anything. Ellie and Nikki took Luchia to bathroom to get her cleaned. Luckly, there was some spare clothes. Luchia quickly changed and walked out with the girls behind her. Meanwhile boys in their lockeroom were looking for some clothes and talking. "So what happened?" Diego asked while looking for shirts. Anthony just smiled and looked at his younger brother with shining eyes. "We kissed" Anthony said. When they were finally done they all walked out and started looking for the girls, but they found everyone fainted on the ground. Diego looked at stairs only to see Klaus with his smug smirk. Anthony used magic to make sure Klaus can't move while Oliver bit into his neck and Diego ripped his heart out. For that time everyone has woke up. Girls ran in boy's arms. Meanwhile, Annabelle and Chris went to the Salvatore mansion. Annabelle went to the attic to find something for Elena, but instead she found wooden coffin. On the coffin was written 'A.S'. Annabelle opened it and saw a woman. Her blonde hair was in braid, her long purple dress full of dust, her body grey with veins and dagger in her chest. "Dad!" Annabelle called. In seconds everyone was by her side. They all looked over Annabelle's shoulder. Stefan moved a bit of woman's hair behind her ear as Damon crassed her cheek. "Annie, this is our grandmother. Adelina Salvatore. First Salvatore hybrid. But we see her as our mother ever since she saved us from Gissupe" Damon said with sad tone and little smile. Flashback 1864 "Son, stop this" Adelina said as she held her arms between Gissupe and Stefan and Damon. Gissupe found out about vampires and right now is having dagger in his hand. He dosen't want to kill his sons, but he didn't want to see them live either. "Why?! They're monsters!" Gissupe said. Adelina looked at two scared boys and sighed. "Boys...run!" Adelina said. Stefan looked at Adelina like she said the most craziest thing ever. While they weren't watching, Gissupe wanted to stab Damon, but Adelina sensed it and stood in front of Damon, ripping Gissupe's throat at the same time as he stabed her in heart. They both fell to the ground. The Salvatore brothers fell on ground next to Adelina as her skin started turning grey. "Go... and don't come back...I love you, my sons" Adelina said before her eyes closed and her skin turned completley grey. "We love you too mom" Stefan cried. The brothers left Adelina's body in basemant and went away End of flashback Stefan wiped his eyes at the memory. Caroline walked to Stefan and hugged him, just like Elena did to Damon. Annabelle looked at Adelina and placed her hand on dagger, but Damon put his hand over hers. "Mom wanted us to never wake her up. She is with her human and our grandfather Trevor. She found piece. We still don't understand how she could be so kind and polite at the same time as being a hybrid" Damon said. Annabelle blankly stared at Adelina as tears slowly fell down her cheeks. Everyone looked at Annabelle as she slowly let go of dagger. "Pain makes people change" she said.Chris kissed her head and they all went downstairs to wait for kids to return. Fifteen minutes later triplets walked in. As kids sat on couch and told their family about their prom Ellie asked Chris one serious question. "Dad, have you ever apologised for being the monster?" Ellie asked. Everyone looked at Ellie. Chris looked at ground before kneeling in front of his daughter. "Why should I apologise for monster I have become when no one apologised for making me one?" Chris asked. Ellie looked at ground but Chris kissed her head and sat back on couch, acting like nothing happened. The Bennet family returned to their house. "Why did you ask that sweerheart?" Annabelle asked. Ellie looked away and sighed. "I wanted to know if it was dad's fault that he is the way he is" Ellie said and walked in her room. Boys left short after their sisters. Annabelle sighed as she layed on bed and cuddled in Chris's side. "Do you think I'm monster?" Chris asked. Annabelle sat up and looked at her husband like he's gone mad. She chuckled and kissed him on lips. "Chris, you are not monster. Just because you're tribrid dosen't mean you're monster. I love you. I'm in love with you. I have been in love with you for fifteen years and that feeling didn't change a bit. I don't care what others say. You are my Psycho" she whispered. He smiled and pulled her back down on bed. "Same here vampie" he whispered. They cuddled as they fell in sleep...
