Hardships

Well after that happened I stayed with Jessie for a while, but I had to go because my mom was having her birthday bash and she hasn't seen me in a while, but Jessie would tag along with me.

"You ready to head to your mom's birthday party", Jessie said as he came up behind be rubbing my tummy.

"Yep let's go"

We arrive at the party and I see a lot of my relatives, but I also see Ty.

We were enjoying our time there and I was having the time of my life with my mom.

"I'll be back Jessie I have to use the restroom."

"Hurry back babe"

"I will"

I'm finished and I started to leave the restroom but I saw Ty and he shut the door behind him.

"I haven't seen you in a while"

"Let me out"

"Nope you're not going anywhere"

He comes closer to me but I try to make a run for it but the door is locked.

"I told you you're not going anywhere", he grabs me and picks me up and moves in between my legs. He held a pocket knife by my stomach threatening to kill the baby if I screamed. I heard someone enter the door and it was my mother.

"What's going on in here", my mom already knew what was going on based on what she saw. She dropped her champagne glass in shock.

"Baby it's not what it looks like"

"Ty get away from her"

"Babe"

"Get out", he goes to leave and I see Jessie  coming to comfort me, but I couldn't stop crying.

"Did he touch you"

"No"

I knew the birthday bash was over and it was time to go home but I stayed to talk to my mother.

"You ok honey", she asked

"Yeah I'm fine"

"Why didn't you tell me you were pregnant"

"I don't know"

"Well tell me something little girl. Did you come on to Ty."

My mother was very drunk but some part of me felt as if she was on his side.

"Mother what do you mean"

"You know what I mean, what did you do. You try to run every person that I have out of my life right"

"Mom just shut up you're making no sense at all. I didn't do anything. It's not always me you know."

Jessie came to get me but I wanted to speak my peace.

"Babe lets go"

"No Jessie she needs to here this. What kind of mother are you, huh. You care nothing about me but you care about that sorry piece of shit man you have, right?"

"Lana", Jessie screamed

"No Jessie, just let the slut talk "

"I'm the slut now. Mom you're pitiful. You know what congratulations for being the best mom alive. A mom who lets her boyfriend screw her daughter whenever he wants"

"Get out of my house"

"Fine, you should consider checking yourself into rehab."

I stormed out of  the house with Jessie tears streaming down my face.

"Babe you're gonna be just fine. You have me and I would never leave you."

"Jessie I love you"

"I love you too"

I haven't seen my mom in a while from what I heard she checked herself into rehab but she's still with Ty. Some people never change.  I'm starting to show. I'm two months pregnant and everything is going good. We've been to the doctor for an update, no clue on what the gender is yet. I finally see some progress.
