The Truth

Well it was time to go to school again and I was going to catch the bus to school.

"Where you going honey", my mom asked me

"I'm just gonna take the bus"

"Well Ty can take you"

"No thanks I can ride the bus"

"Come on Alana get in the car.", Ty said to me with an angry look. I hop in the car hoping he drive fast and kill us both.

"Alana what's wrong with you"

I shook my head no but he didn't accept it and he grabbed my face and pulled it towards his.

"You listen to me Alana, you gotta talk to me sooner or later, you know what give me your phone."

He yanks my phone out of my hand but I try to get it back, but he slaps me and screams at me non stop.

"What you got in this phone that you don't want me to see. Hmmmm I see Jessie is in your contacts you want be talking to him anymore."

"Stop it ", I yelled

"Why so you can go off and be a slut with this guy."

We arrive at the school and I'm feeling a little nauseous. I go to leave out the car and Ty grips my hand.

"No kiss for your lover"

I didn't want to kiss him but he wouldn't let me go. I give him a peck on the cheek and he grabs my hair and start putting his tongue in my mouth.

"Now that's more like it. I'll see you after school."

I hurry and exit the car and I see Jessie in the cafeteria and I go greet him.

"Hey babe"

"Hey"

We go to kiss each other but I just felt like I had to puke so I run to the restroom. Jessie meets me outside

"Alana are you ok"

"Yeah I'm fine"

"Are you pregnant"

I didn't look him in the eye because that was the last thing I wanted to hear.

"Alana look at me"

"Jessie I don't know"

"Well we have to find out"

We leave school early to go buy a pregnancy test. We head over to Jessie's house so I can take it.

"Babe hurry up"

I took the pregnancy test hoping I wasn't pregnant, but the odds weren't in my favor.

I WAS PREGNANT

"Jessie I'm pregnant"

"Alana come on we're not even seniors yet"

"I know but it takes two to tango"

"Ok babe I know we can work this out.", he gives me a kiss and throws me on the bed. We cuddle but something is really bugging me.

Jessie notice the bruises all over me.

"Alana who gave you these bruises"

"It's nothing"

"It is something, Alana tell me what's going on"

I knew I couldn't hide it anymore

"Jessie promise me you want go ballistic."

"I won't"

I start to tear up because I didn't want to tell about the horrible things Ty did to me

"Lana you're gonna have to pull through, now tell me."

"My mom's new boyfriend Ty beats me and not only that but he rapes me constantly. He tells me I'm gonna have his baby and he owns me. I was just so scared to tell you"

"Damn it Lana why didn't you tell me sooner", I could tell he was really angry.

" Look  Jess listen to me please don't tell any one"

"No Lana you can't go on like this you're not going back to that house."

"I have to go tonight just for tonight"

"Lana I don't want our baby to get hurt"

I looked at him suspicious

"Lana what's wrong"

"Jess this might not be your baby"

"Son of a bastard. Well you know what that is my baby until proven other wise"

Jessie takes me home after school so I can get some of my things.

"Alana where have you been", Ty asked me angrily

"I was with Jessie"

As usual my mother wasn't there.

"What did I tell you about seeing that boy.", he starts to hit me but I call out to him.

"I'm pregnant", he stops shocked and astonished.

"My baby is inside you", he stated

"It's not yours, it's Jessie's"

"You slut that is my baby you're carrying, not anyone else."

He starts rubbing my belly and kissing it and then he hits me

"Since that's not my baby and you want to be a slut, I'll show you what a slut is. He drags me up the stairs and I screamed telling him to stop

"You are not going to have someone else's baby", he pulls down my pants and started kissing me.

"Ty stop you're gonna kill the baby", I stab him with a pencil that was close by and ran out the door.

I ran as far as I could, then I called Jessie to come get me.

I just wish it was all over
