Short and Sweet

The baby and I arrive at the hospital and we ran up to the room where I saw Alana wide awake.

End Jessie's P.O.V.

"Jessie, baby ", I yelled

"Alana I missed you so much"

"I missed you too"

"Guess who I got with me", Jessie said. Then he showed me our baby and I just burst out in tears.

"Hi, baby", I held him in my arms for the very first time.

"Hey little man. Did you miss mommy?", he smiled at me. What a handsome smile he had.

"So I gotta tell you something", Jessie said to me.

"What is it?"

"Ummmm I went to the detectives to work with the case. But we needed evidence and witnesses"

"Thank you so much babe"

"But"

"But what Jessie"

"She's scared and she won't help us"

I didn't want to bring up the baby as evidence but I just wanted to move forward and see Ty go to jail.

"The baby?", I asked

"Alana no. He's my baby"

"Jessie we don't know that"

"I know Lana. I just want what's best for you and the baby and if that means doing that, so be it"

The baby interrupted us.

"Uh oh baby pooped", I said as I got up to grab the diaper bag but I was so sore I had to sit back down.

"Take it slow Alana", Jessie said as he grabbed the bag.

"Baby pooped and mommy's gonna change that poop", the baby laughed at me as I tickled his tummy. Jessie watched me.

"You're a real pro at this"

"I know. Say Soon daddy will be to. I think it's time for you to go night night little one. Jessie wanna try to put him to sleep."

"Sure", the baby started to cry as soon as I handed him to Jessie.

"Just rock him gently and give him his bottle.", the baby slowly, but surely fell asleep.

"Lana when are you gonna do the DNA test."

"Tomorrow morning"

"On your birthday"

"Yeah"

"Well you know I really hope he's mine"

"I know Jessie"

"I missed you Alana and I'm happy that you're with us again"

"Awww that's so sweet babe"

"I love you Alana"

"I love you too Jessie"
