Feeling Some Type of Way

I've been hanging out with Derick for the past couple days. Believe it or not he's nit as interesting as I thought at least not to me anyway. He's either always on the phone or talking to one of his boys it's annoying as hell. Right now I'm at his house, we were supposed to go and hang out but he got a call and here we are in the house... AGAIN! I know I looked pissed right about now because this is aggravating. He came and sat next to me on the couch and looked at me.

"What's wrong ma?"

"I'm aggravated."

He sighed. "Look it's just better if we stay inside today alright."

I just rolled my eyes. He got closer and started kissing my jaw then he tried to move up to my lips. Just before he was gonna kiss me my phone went off. It was a message from Dre.

Dre ☺: Hey Toni Montana

I laughed to myself. He's so goofy.

Me: Lol hey Dr.Dre

Dre ☺: You corny for that lol but what you up to?

Me: Nothing really hbu

Dre ☺: You wanna hang out?

I looked over at Derick who just got up to talk on the phone again.

Me: Sure what we gonna do?

Dre ☺: You know how to skate?

Me: Kinda

Dre ☺: Okay so let's go skating. You want me to come pick you up?

Me: Yeah sure

Dre ☺: Alright send me your address and depending on where you live I should be there in about 15 minutes maybe 20

Me: Okay

I got up and went over to Derrick.

"I'm gonna leave."

"You mad?"

"Not anymore but I have to go."

"Alright, I'll see you later."

With that I was out the door.

Liyah P.O.V

Me and Devin was sitting outside eating ice cream.

"So what did you do today?" I asked him putting a spoon full of chocolate ice cream in my mouth.

"Well I didn't do much just hung out with my goddaughter."

"Aww you have have a goddaughter?"

He smiled. "Yeah."

"What's her name?"

"Jasmine."

"Aww."

"So what did you do today?" He asked nudging me.

"Just talked to Toni and stuff."

"Do you think she likes Dre?"

"Yeah trust me if she didn't she wouldn't give him the time of day. You think he likes her?"

"I don't think, I know." He said laughing.

"They would be so cute together." I said finishing off my ice cream.

"Yeah they would."

There was a bit of a silence. I was staring at Devins cake batter ice cream. He noticed and laughed.

"Do you want some?" He asked.

"Well since you offered." I said causing him to laugh again. I took some of his ice cream and I could feel him looking at me.
