this was a notion that came to me almost a year ago when i was obsessed with nature documentaries , especially those taking place in the savanna . this is an au of sorts , at least for my main characters in mind . they don ' t have set names yet , but they ' re a lovely , odd african lion & spotted hyena couple . two outcasts trying to get by , all the while exploring the vast grasslands filled with endless dangers & wonders .
