i grew up drawing animals & only animals, thus drawing humans in general is an absolute hassle the figure drawing class i took last semester definitely helped me grasp the basics, but it wasn't enough to turn me into a master of human drawing so, i thought the best way to get myself into drawing them - aside from mind-numbing anatomy & form practice - is easing my way into them through drawing anthropomorphic characters! :,)
what i concocted is more of a semi-anthro thing, but hey it'll get me into the mindset that although i'm drawing little ol' nightfall - hey he's walking upright now & drinking a cup of coffee in a snug sweater!
