7 - The Holy Book War

The main event of the game Masters and Guardians Online is called The Holy Book War. It is held every year in six months duration from May to October. The winner of the event will acquire the key to the Gate of Heavens to challenge the strongest guardian and win the Holy Book that can grant any wish.

The game itself became controversy on whether the creators were really serious about granting any wish. They didn't tell the specifics of the kind of wish they will grant but people obviously think its all about material things. The creators just told the players that they will know the limitations of the wish upon acquisition of the book. They told them that the game, especially the event, was approved and backed by Future Tech's founder, R.C. Campbell.

The registration for the event starts in the first up to the last day of April. The game will be last master standing. The First Round will be held by town/city elimination, 50 masters per game in a random map. The game depends on the population of registered players in the area (the lesser, the better). The winners will receive a badge (which can be exchanged for in-game cash, items, etc.) and one command spell recovery. The players are needed to log-in in the time of the scheduled game (usually night time). They are given 3 chances upon failed attendance to the game and after that, they will be out for the rest of the event.

The next round (Second Round) is province elimination. Winners of each town/city will face each other. Same goes for the Third Round which is country wide. Winners of each province/state will face each other.

The winners of that country/state will face the other countries/states in the region in the Fourth Round (Regional Round).

Finally, the winners per region will face each other in the Last Round (Regional Face-off) with the defending champion of the last event (directly enters the last round). A total of 12 remaining players will battle for the Key to enter the Gate of Heavens.

The last master standing will fight the strongest guardian to acquire the Holy Book.

So far in the last two years of the event, no player has yet to beat the strongest guardian and win the Holy Book.
