Chapter 14 Carsick

I thought being on tour was going to be fun as Austin's sister, but boy was I wrong. The only thing they did was sleep, play some music, rehearse, and play some games. I still can't sleep at night; well, not much anyways. I am with Miss. Nicole from eight through twelve and I'm good with that.

"Hey Alex," Shawn said.

"Yeah," I said looking at their group.

"Come join us," Connor said.

"I have to do homework," I stammered.

"You can do it later," Austin said.

"Ok," I said.

I went to their little group and they started singing "Life of the party."

"Come on sing with us," they said.

"I don't know if I should. I don't normally sing in front of people," I said.

"Ok your loss," they said.

They kept singing and playing guitar. I went to my room to play with Shane jr., he barked and jumped at me as I entered the room.

"Hey Shane jr., wanna play you wanna play," I said.

He barked playfully and started rolling on the floor. We played for a little while and since I notice they hadn't finish singing yet; I took a guitar and started playing "Life of the party." I started singing, and I felt totally relieved.

AUSTIN'S POV

We were singing and having fun, but suddenly we stopped.

"Austin, " Bradley said."Who is that?"

"I have no idea," I said.

"It's coming from your sister's room,"Shawn said.

We went to her room and heard what she was singing.

"Should I go or wait

Is it to soon too late

Only my shadow knows

I wish I could say all this words all this things that your heart never heard but I saw the pain in your eyes and it sealed my lips."

She sounded amazing a little ruff but amazing; I never thought she could sing, I knew she was great at sports and acting, but singing.

ALEX'S POV

I was playing guitar and singing when I felt being observed. Shane jr., started barking and I looked behind me and saw Austin with his friends eavesdropping.

"Hey!!!!" I screamed.

"Uh uh we're sorry," they said.

Austin and the vamps left but Shawn stayed.

"What," I said.

"Nothing, hey play "Life of the party" again," he said.

I played and started singing from the beginning and he joined me singing. We sounded amazing and recorded it.

"Wow," I said.

"You never knew what you sounded like didn't you," he said.

I started my classes and I asked Miss. Nicole if we could change sports to music since I can't do any sports on the bus. She loved the idea but she said to promise not to ask Austin for help. I thought about it and promised it because it was fair.
