Happy.
Everything we are striving to be. Or at least taught to be striving for.
A bit of a mixed bag, if you ask me.
But now really, what does make us happy?
We are all individuals, so something that makes me feel the butterflies can even make you feel disgusted.
I was told by a dear friend of mine that: „Happiness isn't something that you have, it's something that you are. It's a state of mind."
But with this theory: how does someone in life go from sad to happy?
Is it dear poetry?
Is it teen movies, or even the ones from the '60s?
Or is it just a simple gesture? Like a flower?
For me becoming "happy" wasn't and, not going to lie, still isn't easy. But, what did start the process?
Falling in love with myself.
