Chapter 8

"Beast Boy!" I stand up and yell.

He was trapped and was being swirled around the tornado.

Then he was flunged to the ground.

Ouch. Ouch.

He made contact with the ground twice, landing on his back, unconcious.

No, I can't just watch him laying there.

Especially when Terra created another tall rock structure that was about to crush him.

"Terra!" We all yelled.

I started running to him but then I felt two hands holding my arms,

"(Y/N), stop!"

"Damian, let go!" I try to get out of his grip.

If he isn't saved right now... he'll die!

"She's going to kill him!" I hear Damian yell as he glanced over to his brother.

I calmed down a bit as I saw Dick running to pick up Gar from the floor.

Jaime took a shot at Terra's structure to buy time for Dick, who had successfully got out of the way with Gar.

I sighed in relief before seeing Kori shooting one of her green beams near Terra's position to get her out of her trance.

She groaned as she fell to the ground.

I felt Damian's hands go off of me. I turned around to follow him as he ran to her.

"Terra, control yourself!" We crouched down next to her while he had his hands on her shoulders.

If this wasn't a bad time, I would've admitted I was jealous.

"Terra, are you okay?" I questioned as I looked at her, concerned.

"What?" She asked, confused.

"What's going on?" She turned her gaze to Beast Boy who had an arm around Dick's neck.

"You almost killed him..." I whispered.

She looked at me with wide eyes before turning back to him and the team,

"I'm sorry, it's not my fault"

"Let me calm your mind" Raven said as she walked closer to her.

"No!" Terra placed her hand out to stop her.

"Don't touch me!" She added, sounding scared.

"It's okay Terra, we understand" chimed Kori.

"Take a breath" Dick suggested,

"We're here for you" he added.

I stared at her as Gar spoke.

"Yeah. I know you didn't mean to hurt me. I took it too far"

She stood silent as she looked at us all, individually.

"What's wrong with you people?" She asked before standing up and walking away.

Something is wrong. I just know it.

Well I don't. But I get this gut feeling that she has a problem with us.

Haven't you ever had that feeling like you know something's going to happen, but you just don't believe it?

That's how I'm feeling right now.

It just feels like she's pretending to fit in with us, but she just gets upset with us whenever SHE'S upset.

All of a sudden, I felt two palms on my shoulders coming from behind me, breaking me out of my thoughts.
