"(Y/N)?"

Opening my eyes, I recognized the voice and the sadness flood over me again.

"I just want to let you know that there's breakfast at the table. I'll be in my bedroom"

Hearing his footsteps fading away behind my door made me want to go and hug him.

But my heart didn't want to.

My heart was broken.

However, it was strong.

It patched itself up with band aids. And was now, healing up again.

Letting my sad thoughts get away, I got off the bed and walked to the kitchen.

Stopping mid-way, I turned to walk inside his office.

I could probably find that blueprint.

If he catches me looking through his stuff, though, then I might just be screwed.

I silently opened a counter, and another, and another.

But I couldn't find that blueprint.

He knew.

After a few more minutes of searching, I gave up.

I ate my breakfast, (Pancakes/Waffles).

I pulled my phone out and called (G/B/F).

As the sound of ringing went through my ears, I could only think of one question.

How can I act as if nothing happened?

"Hey gurl, long time no hear"

"Hey"

"..."

"What's wrong?"

"Can we meet up at a cafe?"

"Sure. But you're over there, and I'm over here"

I was slightly confused for a bit before softly chuckling.

"I'm back in Gotham"

"Really?! What?! Okay, Okay, holy shit. You never told me. But yeah we can meet up at the one near my house, if you remember"

"Yeah, I remember"

"Gurl, you have a lot to tell me. I'll you there"

Should I invite Levy and Michelle?

I kind of only want to see (G/B/F) but it's fine.

I started ringing Levy's phone number.

It took a while before I heard his voice.

"Hey Levy, or... Luke" I snickered.

"That was a few months ago, stop" I heard him chuckling in the background.

"First off, how have you been?"

"Um... well? I guess"

"What happened?"
