This was requested by @madison-shimada! Again, I am so sorry this took FOREVER to write. 1) I'm busy with LIFE. 2) I had no idea how this would play out... So yeah... Anyway, please enjoy this chapter! (I rewrote the story with a different and better plot. Hope you like it! I'll be continuing this shortly!)
     ————————————————
You were Kotal's twin sister, after Shao Kahn died Kotal took the throne. You served by his side as his sister and army commander. You still acted like a child though, probably why you never took the throne first. He was proud of you and your bond was never stronger. Until a little someone came along.
A pair of eyes stared at you from afar for some time. Raiden. You've seen him around a few times during Kotal's parties and feasts. You asked about him and the more you learned, you felt a little more interested in him. So basically, you knew pretty much everything about him. From him being a God to him being Earthrealm's protector.
However, Raiden knew nothing about you, except your name and that you were the princess. You would always catch him staring but never thought anything of it. He just couldn't help but stare at you. You were beautiful, and you really lived up to your looks as a princess.
A day came when the Osh-Tekk were invaded by a rival enemy. Kotal asked Raiden to be at his side during this time of war. Raiden agreed and stood by Kotal's side. It finally gave Raiden a chance to speak with you.
You were hanging around the planning tent making sure everything was in order before your next attack. Raiden had asked to speak with you and discuss a plan and so he met you in the rather large tent.
"Hello," you said with a smile. "I don't think we've met. Y/N, Kahn, at your service." You said with a hand extends to shake his hand. He politely shook your hand and smiled.
"It's an honor to meet the leader of this fine army."
"And it is finally an honor to meet Earthrealm's protector."
Raiden looked over a large map set over the planning table. "So, tell me. How will we infiltrate their base?"
"Well, I was think we could march straight in. Possibly, a direct hit and we're through. The end."
"But so many of your strongest troops would die. Why not take a simple route?"
"Because were wasting time going that way!"
"Yes, but it is clearly the smarter way around things, yes?"
   "Excuse me?"
Just as things were about to escalate, Kotal walked in and stopped to stare at the both of you. You and Raiden looked at Kotal sheepishly. "So, have we decided on a plan?"
"Ah, yes. We have decided on a direct route. It is much quicker and smarter," you answered as you looked at Raiden. He simply frowned and looked away.
