It was 3.45 so I left to meet Dally at the lot. How was I meant to tell him? I mean I haven't even told you, I bet you're wondering what the hell is going on. You'll find out soon enough.
It was warm so I didn't need to bother with as jacket or anything. I walked the quiet route to the lot. The last thing I needed was getting jumped by Socs. I knew I'd be early but I didn't care, I could run over what I was going to say - that sounds so weird.
Dally was already there when I arrived. "Hey babe, what did you need to tell me?" I grabbed his hand and dragged him to the tree. I then sat down.
"I don't know how I'm going to tell you." I said looking at the ground.
"Asha. What is it?" He sounded worried.
"I can't, Dal. I'm so scared. I mean the docs said that there's a good chance it won't stay but I'm still so scared. My parents said if I ever get into any trouble like this they'd be so disappointed." I said, I was close to tears.
"Asha, baby, tell me." I shook my head and starting crying.
"No." I mumbled over and over again.
"Babe, tell me. It's no good holding it back. What is it?" I chuckled, he must be worried. Dal never talks like that.
"You won't like it. You won't like it. You'll hate it more than I do." I chocked.
"Just tell me baby girl."
"Dal?" I looked up at him.
"Yeah?"
"Promise you won't run?"
"Why would I run?" He softly said.
"Because, because," I sniffed. "You might, just might it isn't one hundred percent. Yet." I stopped I couldn't tell him. There was no way. You've probably guessed what it was now. I curled up into a ball and let a few tears slip.
"I might what baby?" He said, putting his arm around me and pulling me in.
"You might be a daddy." I cried into his shirt.
"What?!" He yelled.
"Dally don't." I cried. He was going to run. I could feel it.
"Baby. I'm not running. But let me make sure I heard right. You might be pregnant?" I nodded. He took it better then I though he would.
I started bawling. How was I going to look after a child? I mean, I know it was certain yet but there was still a chance. I didn't know what to do. My parents said that they'd kick me out if I was ever pregnant before 20. I was 16 for gods sake!
"It's okay baby girl." I heard Dally's voice comfort me as he hugged me.
"Dally," I sniffed. "My parents said they'd kick me out if I was pregnant before 20. What will I do? What will we do?"
"I don't know, doll, but you'll work it out. We have to. It'll be okay in the end." He whispered softly in my ear. "Besides, we've always got my uncles place." He smiled at me. I chuckled back.
"Thanks Dal." I mumbled as I hugged him tightly around his waist. Then I fell asleep. In the lot.

I woke up to rain. "Dally?" I whispered, he'd fallen asleep too. It was getting dark now so it must later than we'd like.
"What?" He mumbled sleepily.
"Dal it's raining!" I whined.
"Well let's get you home then." He said pushing himself up, he was still half asleep. He grabbed my hand and started walking, he did trip over a few sticks.
"Dal. You don't have to walk me home." I told him.
"Oh, but I do." He replied.
"I love you so much, Dal." I said, " I don't know what I'd do with out you."
"I love you too." He said, leaning down and kissing me lightly on the forehead. We were outside my house now. The walk back always went quickly.
"You have to tell your parents." He told me. Oh great.
"I can't, Dal." I replied, "They'll kick me out."
"What and it will be better to tell them in nine months, is it? If that day comes, that you have a child?" I nodded. "And have your mum worry about you being ill?"
"Fine!" I cried. "You're right. I'll tell her when it's certain though."
"Fine." We shook on it.
"Bye babe." He said as he started walking away.
"Bye Dal. Love you!" I yelled to him.
"Love you too!"
"Don't do anything stupid!" I called.
"And why would I do that?" He shouted back. I laughed. I waved to him and walked inside. 'Well at least that's one person who took it well.' I thought.
