Shinning in sight,
The dimmest light.
I forgot myself,
Trying to impress.
Hidden in shame,
Drives me insane.
I'm fighting the pain,
Trying to refrain.
Colour me crimson,
Colour of love.
I forgot myself,
Who I was.
And I'm breaking down,
I look around,
I forgot my name,
But I remember yours.
Press rewind,
Go back in time,
Where being happy,
Wasn't a crime.
Broken hearts,
Healed with scars.
I'll never be,
Who I was.
Paint me blue,
Paint me red,
Paint me with,
The colours of death.
And I am lost,
I can't remember,
But when I hear your name,
I can't forget.
