They Saw

A leap of faith is what they usually say,
So I took a leap so I don't have to suffer everyday.
It didn't work for I can still breathe,
Drinking the poison just made me weak.

They found me before it was complete,
With blood on the floor an the blade a few feet.
I should have tried harder,
I was just left tattered.
All over my body, the pain was scattered,
Scars on my wrist as a reminder after.

It's not like they are anything new,
It's just the feeling behind them makes me blue.
And now people have seen them,
Now they can judge me more for who I've become.
