But when you're not here,
And the sky turns gray,
And the light begins to fade,
And here comes the darkness that I fear.
Watch me as I fall,
Watch me as I crawl,
Watch me as I cry,
Every day and every night.
Don't look at me now,
I've fallen to the ground.
Just turn your back away,
And walk away right now.
But you stood by my side,
You opened my eyes,
You made me realize
You help me to smile.
I'm still fighting the pain,
I'm learning to be sane,
I fight cause I'm scared,

I fight cause you care.
