This is the second universe to be contacted by Holy Ruolten.
The Otacke universe is the smallest of the five universes in size, but has is the greatest amount of intelligent species originating from it, the discovered amount being 16 as of yet.
The Otacke universe was the first to use teams of diversified species to explore the universe, rather than just one species. This technique was for unknown reasons not considered or used by the beings of the Unnon universe, but was adopted by the Gallidon and the Retriplis universe afterwards. The mixed species technique was not adopted by the Seroah universe however. See the Seroah universe chapter for more information.
This technique proved to be an excellent way for the species of the universe to unite under a common cause; the extended search for intelligent life in the Otacke universe.
