"Y/n where's your boyfriend?" Your brother Yeonjun asks "Aish! He not my boyfriend we're just best friends" you tell your brother who's clearly picking at you about being best friends with your neighbor "it's fine if he's your boyfriend y/n you can tell me" he says wiggling his eyebrows still messing with you. "Ugh!" You say before exiting the kitchen heading to your room where you can here him laughing.

You hated when people would assume Soobin is your boyfriend because of how close you two were. It's 2019 can and guy and a girl not have a regular friendship without people assuming they're dating. You pick up your phone and FaceTime Soobin instead of going over since it was 9 o'clock at night and you were afraid his brother Jungkook may be asleep and you and Soobin are pretty loud when together.

Soobin picks up on the second ring "yes?" He asks you with a pink and white striped hoodie on "ouu nice hoodie" you tell him eyes focused on his jacket "no you can't 'borrow' it" he says doing finger quotes around borrow "why not?" You pout "y/n you still haven't returned my other 12 hoodies" he tells you with a sigh "well... if you come over with that hoodie I'll give you the other 12 back" you tell him. His eyes widen from the sudden offer before he hangs up.

You then hear him knock at your door you don't move from your spot in the bed because you know Yeonjun will let him in You hear footstep coming closer to your room until they stop and your room door swings open and Soobin looks at you breathing heavily "really?" He says catching his breath " why are you breathing so heavy You literally live next door" you tell him before getting off your bed going to your closest to find his jackets.

~ 30 minutes later ~

"I've been looking everywhere for this one I didn't even know you had it" he says taking off his pink striped hoodie handing it too you before putting on the light blue one and you putting on the striped one which is a little big on you considering how short you are compared to him. "Soobin what's public school like?" You ask since you've never been to public school in your life "y/n you ask me that like every two weeks and I always give you the same answer"

"Yeah yeah boring I know I know but can you explain furthermore besides just boring?" You ask him rolling your eyes "um.. nope" he tells you before laughing making his eyes turn into little crescents making you laugh as well. "Hey could you two love birds keep it down?" Your brother says entering your room "we're-" you begin before Soobin speaks cutting you off "yeah got it" he tells your brother with a friendly grin.

Why did he? Does he have feelin- no Y/n he has been your best friend since 2nd grade he would have told me by now, right?

"Why did you say that?" You ask Soobin "well unlike you y/n I know how to take a joke" he tells you ruffling your hair "hey! I can take a joke" you tell him crossing your arms "y/n you were totally about to go off on your brother" he tells you before leaning back on his hands and laughing at you "so?" You tell him not quite understanding his point. "So? He was clearly joking y/n lighten up" he tells you "Are you calling me stuck up?" You ask making him shoot you a glare.

"What? No" he says "get out!" You yell before grabbing the rest of his hoodies and handing them to him before taking off the striped one he gave to you and giving that to him as well before pushing him out of his room as he tries to explain to you want he meant. Come back tomorrow with a peace offering and maybe I'll forgive you but then again maybe not because I'm stuck up" you say before closing your bedroom door and going to flop on your bed.

You let out a long sigh before Yeonjun enters your room and sits next to you before speaking "you know he likes you right?" He finally speaks "what?" You ask confused to who he talking about "Soobin he may be to scared to admit it but the guy has feelings for you and you.." he says "I what?" You ask sitting up so you can see his face he looks at you before speaking "you like him too" he tells you making you roll your eyes before you kick him out as well. "We're just best friends!" You yell through the door flopping on the bed once again.
