You mentally sigh before getting in putting on your seatbelt not saying a word or looking at him. "Why are you out so late?" He asks once he begins to drive "it doesn't matter" you mumble still looking out the window. "Are you upset?" He asks you but you don't answer "fine then don't answer me.." he says in a pouty tone "but answer this why did you lie?" He asks pulling into his yard. "About what?" You ask wanting to know what he's going on about "you know earlier today when you lied.. and said you were sick" he says putting finger quotes around the word sick.

"I didn't lie I was sick.. of the both of you" you whisper the last part under your breath. He chuckles slightly "Are you going out with Mia tomorrow?" You ask slightly annoyed "um maybe why?" He tells you before thinking about his plans "no reason" you tell him forcing a fake smile before getting out of his car walking across his yard to your house. "Goodnight y/n!" You hear him yell from his car yet you only ignore him and continue to walk.

~Soobins POV~

"Is that y/n? Why is she out at this time she said she was sick" I scoff before slowing down beside her "Hey get in I'll take you home" I say making her look over to the car.

She doesn't look sick at all. Aish! She lied why would she lie about that though?

She gets in the car putting on her seatbelt not saying a word she must be upset about something. I decide to break the tension "why are you out so late?" I ask her "it doesn't matter" she mumbles while looking out the window. "Are you upset?" I ask but she doesn't answer 

She must be upset with me. What did I do? Is it because of earlier at the movies when I pretended not to know her why would she be upset about that she's the one who pretended she didn't know me first!

"Fine then don't answer me.." I say in a pouty voice to see if it'll get her attention which doesn't. I then take a different approach "but answer this why did you lie?" I ask pulling into my yard. "About what?" She says finally speaking "you know earlier today when you lied.. and said you were sick" I say putting finger quotes around sick. "I didn't lie I was sick.." she protest I chuckle slightly at how cute she is when she's lying "Are you going out with Mia tomorrow?" She asks with slight annoyance in her voice.

"Um maybe why?" I say thinking about my plans "no reason" she says with the fakest smile on her face before getting out of my car walking across my yard to her house. "Goodnight y/n!" I yell only to be ignored by her as she just continues to walk making me laugh to myself. I walk into my house where I'm greeted by my mom and a yelling Jungkook as he comes running from the living room. "Hyung!" he yells running to me with his arms up I pick him up and he wraps his arms around my neck hugging me.

"Why are you still up?" I ask him getting no response. "He wanted to wait for you to get home" my mom tells me as she dries a plate putting it on the shelf with the others. "Did he have a bath?" I ask she then turns to me nodding I then begin to put him sleep patting his back trying to put him to sleep. "Oh Soobin I ran into y/n earlier" my mom says "you did? Where?" I ask. "At the park" she smiles "I asked her if she could watch Jungkook for me tomorrow, speaking of tomorrow are you busy?" She asks "no why?" I ask. "I want you to stay here and help her, you know Jungkook is a lot to handle" she states.

I only nod before walking away with Jungkook going to my moms room placing him in her bed pulling the blanket over him. I then turn on the small bedside lamp my mom has sitting besides her bed so if he wakes up he won't be scared. I then leave the room leaving the door cracked. I walk down the hall to my room putting my phone on the bed before going to take a quick shower. I get out the shower going back to my room where I flop on my bed trying to rid the thoughts of y/n so I can sleep.
