"Y/n what are you doing here?" He asks walking to you "well you said you were sick so I thought I'd come by and cheer you up" but I see someone's already helping you" you say glancing at the girl. "I'm sorry y/n" Soobin says trying to touch you but...
"I- I don't feel good" you say making the both of them look at you. "I should probably go home" you tell them "oh I'll take you" Mia says beginning to walk over to you. "No it's fine I'll just call Jun" you say quickly exiting the store not giving either of them time to say anything you take your phone from your pocket calling Yeonjun. "Hello?" He picks up "can you please pick me up?" You say trying to keep your composure and not let him hear the heartbreak in your voice.
"What's wrong?" He ask "it's nothing, just come get me I'm at the mall" you say hanging up. You put your phone back in your pocket and walk out of the mall standing at the doors waiting for Yeonjun. About 5 minutes later you see him and walk over to his car getting in putting on your seatbelt not saying a word. You can feel him looking at you so you don't turn around to look at him he only sighs before putting the car In drive leaving the mall.
The both of you arrive at home and you quickly take off your seat belt making a quick exit. Yeonjun grabs your hand making you turn to look at him "w-what are you doing?" you ask trying to pull away from him. "Just tell me what happened y/n you know you can tell me anything" he tells you making you tear up. "He moved on" you say softly as your tears begin to fall. Yeonjun then lets go of your hand to get out of the car walking over to the where you are with open arms.
You wrap your arms around his waist as you cry into his shirt. "What do you mean he moved on?" Yeonjun asks you. "I was about to do what you told me to do and t-tell him my feelings but Mia walked in and hugged him and he hugged her back and i-it was... genuine" you tell him sniffling and wiping your now red and puffy eyes. "Really?" He ask wide eyed as if he was shocked you only nod holding your head down beginning to cry again. "I'm sorry y/n" Yeonjun says with hurt in his voice since he feels as if this is partly his fault too.
"This isn't your fault, this isn't anyone's fault but mine." You say before walking off down to the sidewalk. "Where are you going?!" Yeonjun yells "for a walk I need to clear my head!" You yell back. "I'll come with y-" he begins "no! I want to go alone I'll be fine by myself" you tell him "okay don't do anything stupid!" He yells you only ignore him and continue to walk to the park about a block away from your house.
You arrive at the park where lots of small children are playing on the playground. You look around spotting a couple who's watching their child and they look so... happy. You walk over to a bench sitting trying to clear your mind "Jungkook get back here!" You hear a voice yell making you turn around to see a small child running full speed from his clearly tired mother. He then trips over his shoe string falling face first onto the ground.
You gasp before running over to pick him up "Kook are you okay?" You ask him in a soft yet worried voice making his eyes begin to get watery and his lip beginning to quiver as he burst into tears. "Aish! Shh shh don't cry" you say as you pat his back calming him down. "Mrs. Choi" you smile as she approaches you. "Y/n how have you been?" She smiles "I've been fine" you smile "it's been awhile since I've seen you is something wrong with you and Soobin?" She asks making your heart drop.
"I- uh yeah" you say holding your head down hoping she won't ask more. "Well whatever it is I'm sure the two of you will figure it out" she says cheerfully making you look up at her with soft eyes. "Oh I was meaning to ask you if you'd mind keeping Jungkook for a day if that isn't a problem" she says "no it's fine, I love Kook" you say squishing his cheeks making him turn a slight pink as she smiles his bunny smile. Causing both you and Mrs. Choi to laugh "well it's going to get late soon we should get home" Mrs. Choi says as you put down Kook and she takes his hand as the both of them walk away.
You watch as the both of them walk away to their car Kook suddenly stops causing Mrs. Choi to pause and look at him he turns around waving bye to you one last time making you smile. You sit at the park for a couple of more hours before deciding to go home since the sun is setting and Yeonjun is probably getting worried. You sigh before getting up from the bench and begin to walk the direction to your house.
You get near your neighborhood after a couple of minutes of walking. You hear a car coming from the street behind you but you continue to walk since it's a normal thing. The car then slows down next to you making your heart begin to race. The car then let's down it's window and you don't look over to see who it is or what they want.
"Hey get in I'll take you home" A familiar voice says causing you to look over to which you see Soobin.
