Life Changes

Bonfire

We get to the slab which is a place were everyone goes to ride and drink. Brantley walks over and opens my door for me. I swear this man is so sweet. I spot my friend Channon who is the one throwing the bonfire. He is black but is the biggest redneck/country boy ever lol he listens to nothing but country and is a big fan of Brantley's by the way.

Me:Hey Channon

Channon:Hey Delanie...how have you been?

Me:Great just working

Channon:How are the kids?

Me:Great they are at their dad's this weekend.

Channon:O what fun lol

Me:Yep anyway I would like you to meet my boyfriend...

Channon:Holy shit it's Brantley Gilbert!!!!

Me:Umm yes it is thanks for cutting me off

Brantley:Nice to meet you brotha...I take it your a fan?

Channon:Yes I .sm and it's nice to meet you.

We get done talking to Channon and go sit on the tail gate of my truck. I lean against Brantley and he kisses the top of my head. We just sit there cuddled up listening to music.

After a few hours I get sleepy and ask Brantley if he was ready to go.

Yes darlin if your ready said Brantley.

I am I said. It was way to late to drive back to Georgia tonight so I said we could go to my old house and stay there. I still owned my double wide just in case I ever came back and wanted to stay that way I wouldn't have to stay with anyone or stay at a motel.

We got to my old house and walked in. I went and got a shower while Brantley put a movie on.

Brantley's Pov:

She is so beautiful and I'm glad we are finally together. I'm glad she asked me to ride with her and I got to meet her friends and family. I guess I'm going to crash on the couch or in the guess bedroom because I don't know uf she wants to sleep in the same bed yet.

I was watching Neighbors when Delanie got out of the shower and sat down beside me. She leaned against me and I put my arms around her. When the movie was done I asked for a pillow and blanket. Delanie looked at me like I was crazy and said umm your sleeping with me. We went into her room and she took off her pants and crawled in bed with just a shirt and panties. I took off my shirt and pants and crawled in bed with her. She laid her head on my chest and I wrapped my arms around her and just held her tight. She looked up at me and said goodnight and kissed me. It was the best kiss of my life and I didn't want it to end but she pulled away to soon and I said goodnight baby and we went to sleep.
