Cora's p.o.v
A few days have gone by of me avoiding Nikki. The group have been inviting me out with them but I refuse to go anywhere. At least not without Axl. So it hasn't really been the same this past week. It's finally Friday though, which means party time. The Motley guys are throwing a huge going on tour party for both bands, them and us. We will be surprising the party crowd with us performing. It should be a night to remember. As a band we're supposed to be celebrating with Motley Crue for getting us signed and going on tour. Although I don't know how the fuck I'm supposed to celebrate it happily if Axl won't let me even talk to Nikki. We were at the studio finishing up some producing for the EP album. Along with the guys here. "Alright. That's a wrap.We got it all." Doc sends us a thumbs up through the window of the sound booth. "Hey girl we're gonna go get something to eat. Are you gonna tag along?" Adele asks me. "Um no. I-I'm gonna go out to eat with Axl. But I'll catch you at the house so we can get ready for the party later on." I tell her sitting down on the chair in the booth. "Okay then babe."She smiles sadly. The sight of my friends being upset because I haven't really hung out with them lately breaks my heart. "Cora can I ask you something about you and Axl?" I look around making sure he's not around just in case. "Yeah sure." I said. "Why haven't you really been wanting to be around the rest of the group?" She asked. I sighed and ran a hand through my thick hair. "Last week, Nikki and I were talking in here after that contract meeting. There was a certain position and vibe to him that made it look like he was totally hitting on me and Axl walked in on us. I had pushed him away though. Axl and I were arguing and he made me promise that I would stay away from Nikki." I tell her everything. "That's ridiculous. You can't just not talk to him. He's you're friend. We're going on tour with the band in a few days." Adele raises an eyebrow. "I know but I can't be near him in the time being." I respond. "I don't know. That's sounds a little possessive and controlling if you ask me." She crosses her arms over her chest. "He's just doing it because we like each other. It's okay though, of course I wouldn't stop talking to him completely but for now, I'm keeping my distance." I finish grabbing the acoustic guitar sitting next to me. "I know but- -" Adele was cut off by Vince and the rest of the group coming in. "Cora are you coming to lunch with us?" Tommy asks me with his arm wrapped around Tammy's waist. "I uh promised Axl I was going to let him take me out to lunch today. Sorry guys." I lie yet once again this week. I look down at my converse and struggle to keep my nerves in. "Again?" Nikki raises an eyebrow. All I do is nod yes and smile back at him sadly. "Alright then. We'll see you later on then Cora." Vince speaks coming up to give me a hug. As do the rest of them. I quickly hug Nikki making sure if Axl walked in, he didn't see us together. Once they all left. I huffed. I strummed away on the guitar laying on my lap. I heard something move out in the hallway next to the sound booth. I was going to check it out but I saw Axl walk in through the other door. "Hey babe." I replace my confused look and kiss his lips. "Hey baby girl." He replied kissing the top of my head and wrapping me in a warm hug. "Are you ready to go? I ask him as I place the guitar on its stand. "Yeah but before we leave I have to talk to you." He says. Oh god. Now what? Please don't let it be anything about Nikki.

"So I've been doing some thinking and I know we've been getting serious and all." He starts. I look into his eyes to look for some sort of clue if this was gonna lead to heart break some way. Didn't find anything. "Yes, yes we have. And it's been the best thing to happen to me so far." I replied. "Me too. I'm not one to usually feel anything for someone but I do for you. I like you. Love you even." His words sent chills down my body. He loves me? I smile at the thought and continue to hear him out. "I've never felt this way towards anyone else. And I would really appreciate it if you were my girlfriend." Axl finished looking down at me. My mouth gaped wide open. I batter my eyelashes at him and answered. "Of course baby." I jump up as he catches me. Kissing me instantly.

Nikki's p.o.v
"Hey guys. I forgot my sunglasses in the sound booth. I'll meet you guys at the rainbow." I let the group know. "Alright man." Vince replied. I didn't actually forget my sunglasses inside but I knew that maybe I had a few minutes to spare before Axl came to pick up Cora. I've been wanting to talk to her. She's been acting very weird around us and especially around me. Almost distant. I don't really know what I did but I had to find out. I walked back into the building and headed towards the sound room. As I was about to walk in the door. I heard Cora playing on the acoustic guitar. There's a certain way to how Cora plays when it's just herself. When we had those music sessions, I would watch her get so into it as she played. I would pay to watch the beautiful music she made that day over again. God I sound like such a sap. The song that she was strumming away caught my attention. She was playing Take me to the top. It sounded even better with her playing it. I was so into this that I bumped my fist on the door by accident making her stop playing. Oh shit she's coming. "Hey babe." Cora said. Axl must be here. "Hey baby girl." Axl replies as I roll my eyes. A few minutes went by of cheesy ass sentences coming out of Axl's mouth. Which is funny cause I've never heard or seen Axl Rose be such a corny mother fucker. I wasn't really paying attention to all the bullshit going on in the background until I heard him ask Cora to be his girlfriend.
