"Rixon!" I cried out as the dragon wrapped its claws around him and lifted him into the air. 

        This should teach you to mess with the prince! The black dragon roared as he thew Rixon's body into the mountain side. 

        "No!" I screamed out. "Please, please just leave him alone! He was only trying to protect me." Tears threatened to fall out of my eyes. The dragon smirked, his scaly head facing me. 

        It's treason to disobey the prince, the future king of this country. To fall in love with puiny humans, like yourself, is committing the biggest crime and is punishable by death. 

        "Yeah? Well I say to hell with that shitty law! A person should be able to love whoever they want. There are no boundaries on love and whoever is in charge of your realm is doing a pretty shitty job running it." I screamed at the dragon. I ran my fingers through my hair, frustration and fear getting the best of me. The dragon's violet eyes widened before a booming laugh came out of it. 

        Hahaha. You think you understand how our world is run? If we were to revoke that law, many dragons would fall for the humans and give out our secrets. We would be in danger because of that. Humans are dangerous with their wild desire to dominate other species. 

        "And you act like your such a saint." I mumbled under my breath. 

        I heard that. Since you know about my kind, I think it's time I stop talking to you and kill you. You already know dragons now exist and can take the forms of humans. You also seem to have a close bond with one as well.  

        I took a step back. Kill me? "Let me get this straight, you're just going to kill me all because I'm friends with a dragon? That's so stupid and not to mention unfair." I yelled, stomping my foot. Who does this dragon think he is? He's not the boss of me.  "You may be the prince or king of your world, but you are sure the hell not the ruler of me!" 

        You've got spunk human, I like that. But it's not enough to save you. The dragon took a step forward, and then lunged for me. I screamed closing my eyes, waiting for the final blow but it never came. Instead the sound of cracking ice reached my ears. I opened them to see Rixon in front of me blowing ice out of his mouth onto the black dragon.

        "Rixon!" I cried out in relief. "You're not dead!" 

        Of course I'm not dead. I'm a dragon after all and I did promise to protect you. I blushed, brushing my hair out of my face. I took in his dragon form, his blue scales gleaming in the sunlight. He was beautiful, but came nowhere close to the majestic black one. The sound of crackling ice stopped and I saw that Rixon froze the prince in what appeared to be a huge iceberg. 

        Man, that took a lot out of me. Rixon swung his head, his golden gaze sizing me up. So, you think you're up for the challenge of riding a dragon? Me? Riding a dragon?

        "Are you serious? Like you wont get in trouble?" I asked, unsure if this is real life or just a dream. 

        Ash, I'm dead serious and I wont get in trouble. I promise I wont let you fall to your death. Now do you want to ride on me, or not? That ice prison wont hold the prince for long. 

        "Well in that case, fuck yes I would love to ride on you! This is seriously like a dream come true!" I  laughed. "I think you just became my new best friend Rixon." 

        Glad to know that riding me is your dream. He winked. All right then, let's get this party started. Rixon bent down as low as he could go, curling his scaly neck around me. Just grab onto the lowest scale you can reach, and then swing your leg around. I did as he said, my nerves starting to get to me. Okay, now lean against the scale behind you, and grab onto the one in front. I leaned back, nestling against his scale behind me while reaching out to the one in front of me, his body warming me up. 

        Here we go. Hold on tight. With that being said, Rixon flipped open his wings, and jumped straight up into the air.

Haaiii everyone! Long time no update! Terribly sorry! I know this is short but I feel like the next chapter will be better because guess what, DRAGON RIDING. Anyways,thank you for the quite of bit of reads I got <3 I appreciate that! I have a photo of Rixon's dragon form, but I have no idea on how to upload it onto here so you guys can see.
