i woke up to the sound of the tv, the memories was played over in my mind of what went down last night with Zion. i look down at the throw pillows on the couch, it was smeared with mascara and beige streaks from my makeup that i never got around to take off.
i get up searching for my phone, it was in the kitchen charging. i look at my notifications and it was filled with texts and calls from Zion on almost all social media platforms.

okay so before i met you at the party, me and this girl, her names Sammi, we started talking but nothing official of course because i wouldnt be talking to you and messing wit you if it was official between us. so we were just talking, i guess she thought it was more than that but i didnt, me and her dont have a connection like you and i do, and thats truth. her and i got nothing going on.
