Chapter #1
Friday~
Elliot's Point Of View:
I walked into the precinct a little before 8 a.m., there was barely anyone there, but I still sat at my desk and got settled.
I noticed Olivia still hadn't arrived and it was rare when I got there first than her, I figured she had probably over slept or maybe slept through her alarm.
So, I focused on the file that had been sitting in my desk since yesterday.
After, about ten minutes of reviewing the case, I heard a familiar voice, and looked up, knowing who it was.
Olivia, she was talking to Fin as they both walked into the precinct.
She looked stunning, just like any other day, but today was a Friday, which meant one thing. She was wearing VERY tight jeans that hugged her curves perfectly and a v-neck blouse that showed off a bit of her cleavage, just enough to make me lose focus on my job all day long.
The day rolled by faster than I thought it would, and thank God for that. Olivia was driving me CRAZY.
I just wanted to go home and get my mind off of her, because she has been the only thing I've been thinking about all day long.
She walked out of Captain Cragen's office and walked towards me. " Cap, said we could head home and not come back until Monday." she said sweetly. "Oh, okay. Thanks." I replied nervously.
" Wanna go for some drinks or something?" she asked as she grabbed her coat. " Uh, yeah. But how about we go over to my apartment and watch a movie or order dinner." I said, clearly not in the mood to drink.
" Yeah, sure uh that's fine too." she said as we started to head toward the door.
Elliot's Apartment...
Olivia's Point Of View
We walked into his apartment and ordered pizza. We sat in the living room waiting for the pizza to get delivered, when he placed his hand on his knee and I noticed he wasn't wearing his wedding ring.
" Hey, so uh what's up with you and Kathy?" I asked nervously, scared that he would get offended for bringing up the subject.
"I filed for a divorce a couple of months ago, our marriage wasn't working and it was the only option I had, we would just fight and argue, and it was only affecting the kids." he said nonchalantly with a shrug.
" I'm sorry, Elliot. I'll always be here for you if you need someone to-" I tried to say but he cut me off.
" I'm fine, Liv. And to be honest, that's the best decision I've ever made." he said with a small smile.
I smiled back at him and rested my hand on his shoulder to comfort him. Someone suddenly knocked on the door and I stood up to answer it.
I got the pizzas and payed the delivery guy. " Thanks." I said with a smile as I closed the door and he walked away.
