i'm not sure what happened but this chapter is supposed to be after the chapter named 'Jealous' not the other way around . i already tried fixing this , but it didn't work , so just in case you're about to read this chapter , don't . go read 'Jealous' first , if you haven't already , and then proceed to read this one .
Chapter #24
Olivia's Point Of View:
"Good morning, gorgeous." Elliot told me, as I began to wake up. "Good morning, baby." I said with a smile. He kissed me softly and pulled me toward him. "What are we gonna do today?" I asked him as I yawned.
"Well, I wanted to call Casey and ask her for some advice." He told me. "About?" I asked. "The kids. I don't know how all of this custody stuff is gonna turn out, but after what the kids told me about Kathy, I think there's a pretty good chance of me being able to get full custody of them." He explained, as he sat up and sat me on his lap.
"If that's really what you want, I support you, baby. I'll be here every step of the way, all I want is to see you happy." I told him. "Thanks, my love." He said as he kissed me again.
"Okay, I have to get in the shower." I told him as we separated. "Alright, baby. I'll go wake up the kids and make breakfast." He said as I made my way into the restroom.
Elliot's Point Of View:
"Hey, dad." Maureen said as I walked into the living room. "Good morning, baby." I said as I walked toward her and kissed her forehead. "What do you wanna do today?" I asked her. "Actually, I have to go do some stuff at a friends house, it'll be quick I just-" She rambled.
"Go ahead, baby. Just don't take long, I want to spend time with y'all." I told her. "Okay, thanks, dad." She told me as she went to get ready.
I walked toward the guest rooms and woke the rest of the kids up. "Wanna help me make breakfast?" I asked Eli as he made his way out of the restroom after brushing his teeth.
"Yeah, but where's mommy?" He asked me. "She's in the shower, buddy." I told him. We made our way into the kitchen and began to make breakfast. The rest of the kids came in and began to help us.
"Dickie!" Lizzie yelled when he threw a bunch of flour at her. "Woah, chill I was just messing with you." He said as he ran toward me when he saw that Lizzie was going to throw flour back at him.
She threw it toward him, but it ended up hitting both of us. Dickie ran toward Lizzie with the bag of flour and began throwing more flour at her.
"Dad, watch out!" Dickie yelled, but it was too late, Kathleen had already cracked an egg on my head, and to top it off, Lizzie put a handful of flour on my head. Before we knew it, we were having a huge food fight. Kathleen and Lizzie began to attack Dickie, meanwhile Eli and I tried to save him.
Eventually, we were able to rescue Dickie and we began to attack the girls. Meanwhile we drenched Kathleen in flour, we didn't notice that Lizzie had run off to get more eggs, when she came back she cracked them on Eli, Dickie, and I.
"This is war!" Dickie yelled as he ran off toward the guests rooms and came back a while after with a bunch of pillows. He tossed one toward me and gave one to Eli. The rest were left on the floor and we began to hit the girls with them.
"You cheaters that's not fair, there's 3 of y'all and only 2 of them." Olivia said as she grabbed a pillow from the floor and began to attack us.
"Mommy, wait!" Eli said as she tossed him on the couch and began to tickle him. I made my way toward her and picked her up, I tossed her on the other couch and picked up the bag of flour that was on the floor, I grabbed a handful of it and threw it at her.
