Chapter #26
Olivia's Point Of View
I set the pregnancy test on the counter. I stayed in the restroom for a couple more minutes, processing what I had just discovered.
I wiped my tears away and walked out with the pregnancy test in my hand. I hid it in my drawer where I kept all of my undergarments and went to the living room with Elliot.
"Hey, baby. You okay?" He asked me, noticing my eyes were red and still a bit watery. "Yeah, I'm fine. My head just hurts a bit." I lied.
"Come here, baby." He told me as he opened his arms so I could hug him. I walked toward him and he wrapped his arms around me. "We don't have to do this if you don't want to." He told me.
"No, it's fine, babe. We promised the kids we would, I don't want to let them down again." I told him. "Okay, baby. Well, Maureen texted me a couple of minutes ago, they should be here in a while." He told me.
"Okay, you think I should cook something for them for when they get here?" I asked him. "No, it's okay, my love. I already ordered a pizza." He said.
"But you know what I would like?" He asked with a smile. "What, baby?" I asked him. "For you to come sit with me." He told me as he walked me toward the couch. He sat me on his lap and ran his fingers through my hair, knowing that always relaxed me.
After a couple of minutes the kids arrived and we pulled apart. "Hey, how'd it go?" I asked them when they walked in through the door. Eli ran toward us and exclaimed, "It was so fun, mommy. We went to the pools and then got ice cream." He told me excitedly. "Really baby? I'm glad you had a good time." I told him. The kids went to go shower while Elliot and I placed all of the snacks into bowls for when we began to watch the movie.
It was still pretty early, so we'd be able to watch at least 3 movies. When the kids finished showering, we all got our blankets and settled on the living room floor. By the time we finished watching the first movie, it was around 7:30. Elliot and I were cuddling together, enveloped in a cozy blanket. Dickie was wrapped in a blanket too, and Eli was in his Spiderman sleeping bag, meanwhile the girls were all cuddled up together.
Half way through the second movie, Eli fell asleep with a big bowl of candies next to him. "Did you buy that?" Elliot whispered, barely noticing the candy. "Umm, no. You probably put it in by accident." I lied. "Liv," Elliot said, looking at me with a look that said 'do you think I'm dumb?'
"Fine, it was me, but what's the fun in having a movie night without candy?" I asked him as I gave him a quick kiss. "You're right." He told me as he kissed me back. We continued watching the movie, and eventually all of the kids had fallen asleep. "You ready to go to bed?" Elliot asked me with a seductive grin.
"Yeah, let's just wake up the kids so they can go to bed instead of sleeping on the floor. After that you're all mine, Detective Stabler." I whispered in his ear seductively. I laughed as he quickly rushed to wake up the kids and take them to bed.
"Good night, kids." He told them quickly as he closed the door of the room that Eli and Dickie were sleeping in. Before I could react, he carried me and took me to our bedroom. On our way over there we knocked over a couple of things, but neither of us could care less. We entered our bedroom and he set me on the bed
"Oh my god, Elliot." I said with a gasp as he started to tear my clothes off my body. "Baby," I moaned as he kneaded my breasts and unhooked my bra. "What, baby? What do you want?" He asked as he threw my bra across the room and took my breast in his mouth.
